In the heart of downtown and just blocks from Sanders Beach and Tubbs Hill, this spectacular getaway is the perfect place to relax after an adventurous day. From the beachy interior to the newly designed backyard paradise, this fully renovated cottage is a breath of fresh air only blocks from Sanders Beach, downtown Sherman Ave, and the resort area of CDA.

Clean, charming, in a great location.

This house is well stocked, very clean, and has a beautiful back yard. We stayed for 4 days while looking at some nearby colleges for our daughter. The location is great and the house was perfect for our visit..

Perfect house

This was the perfect house in a great neighborhood. Just a few blocks from everything - the lake, Tubbs Hill, the Main Street, etc. But it was still quiet and relaxing. The house is precious, and the backyard is gorgeous. Our fur baby loved running around!

Great house at a great location

The property is located within minutes of downtown Coeur d’Alene, and within walking distance to the beach. The backyard is fantastic to hang out and relax with a fire pit and waterfall feature. The home itself was extremely clean, and the kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal. Bathrooms were immaculate. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great time!

Thanksgiving in Coeur d Alene

We had a fantastic stay. The house has a great yard. My daughter and I brought our dogs. We never had to . worry about them getting out. The location of the house was in a nice quiet neighborhood but only a few miles to shopping and restaurants

Graduation celebration

We had such a wonderful stay at the Beach Cottage. My son graduation from UI and we decided to celebrate in Coeur d'Alene. The house was perfect for us. Walking distance to downtown and a beautiful backyard to hang out. My doggie loved it too! We will be back!!!

Wonderful stay in a very cozy near downtown

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage was cozy and clean, and was so well equipped. Especially the kitchen, there were so many cooking implements and equipment. This was greatly appreciated, as I and my friend are serious cooks, and we found almost everything we needed to prepare our meals. There is a Traeger smoker as well as a BBQ grill, many games and books, extra blankets everywhere, comfortable beds and bedding, wonderful fenced in yard with a lovely fountain and a doggie door for our pooch. We had such a lovely stay in this cottage.

great for pups/super clean and updated.

This was a very updated and very nice property. Everything was new and clean. Backyard was great with the waterfall. Communication was outstanding after we checked out. Stairs a little steep for our little pups, but we blocked it. Otherwise no complaints.

Perfect rental

Adorable cottage - just enough space for 4 adults. Plenty of gathering spots. Love the location to Stubbs hill hiking, downtown restaurants and shops, golf course and grocery store. Backyard was a highlight! Would 100% stay here again!

All was great!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. We spent a good deal of time sitting in your beautiful backyard listening to the babbling brook! We also loved the fact that it was easy to walk to town and to the lake through charming neighborhoods. Suggestions: trash can needed in the downstairs bathroom, note somehow that kitchen light is behind refrigerator(silly us we couldn't find it!), note to seniors that stairs going to 2nd bedroom are challenging(our friends could not have used that bedroom...steps narrow and ceiling height in stairwell is low.)

Great location!

Beautiful home and great location!! The backyard was very relaxing. The only thing was there was a lot of dog hair on the couch (from the previous renter?) otherwise loved it!

Great location!

This house was perfect for what we needed! Was very well decorated and had everything we could need in a rental. The location was great for taking walks to the beach and to go get ice cream from Rogers which was a couple of blocks away. The backyard was great as well! Highly recommend! Thank you again.

Comfortable remodeled bungalow in a great location. Walk to lake and downtown. Very clean and well appointed. Superior linens and kitchen lacked nothing. Beautiful backyard with ample seating.

Weekend in CDA

Great location within walking distance to the lake and downtown CDA! The house was well-stocked and very clean. Had a fenced-in backyard, which was perfect for our two kids and dog.
