Great place in a fantastic convenient location. Not "remote" but still felt relatively secluded. Being pet-friendly, the carpets and furniture are a little on the worn side, but everything was clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our family of four with a small dog.

Very clean property - well appointed & equipped kitchen that had lots of basic supplies & appliances. Every bedroom had their own bath, TV, & phone charger. Lots of room to spead out as it had 2 family rooms, 2 balconies. Close to lots of DCL activities- Canoe on the Run was right across the street.

Main levels and bathrooms all clean. Minor issue of cleanliness of floors in lower level bedroom. Management company and owners very responsive and helpful before the stay to answer questions. I was a little mislead in the listing that this was not a standalone house but actually a duplex style property which still had enough parking. Lots of clear check in and check out instructions. For being pet friendly the large yard was great for our pets! Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for the kind words about our responsiveness, instructions, and pet-friendly yard. We are sorry to hear about the cleanliness of the floors in the lower level bedroom and will look into this with our cleaning team. We also regret any confusion about the property being a duplex rather than a standalone house and will review the listing to make sure this is clearer. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you would stay with us again.

Great location and lovely property

We had a great time at Live a Little. The location is excellent for a winter ski vacation, convenient to restaurants and Wisp. The house is very clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. One of the better stocked kitchens out of the many houses we've stayed at in our travels.

I was very impressed with the amount of space and comfort at this unit. I slept in the master bedroom and the bed had a very nice gel topper that was very comfortable. Everything was in great working order and the property was well maintained and very clean. We loved having use of the hot tub that was clean and up to temperature when we arrived.

Such an easy process as far as booking, check-in, and check-out. The place was clean and neat! Rooms were spacious and I loved that there was a bathroom on each floor. Hot tub was clean and operated fine. Would definitely use this company again!

My dogs loved sitting on the main floor balcony and enjoying the outside. We had a great time. Perfect set up. Only complaint is basement was musty, so my child with asthema had issues day 2. A humidifier could fix this issue. Will stay again, just have that child upstairs.

Relaxing and fun weekend getaway

Property location is perfect, close to everything, quiet spot, and surprisingly private. We brought our sport bikes and enjoyed all the winding roads and beautiful sites. The home is nicely decorated, fully equipped, and extremely comfortable for young couples, friends, and family. The hot tub was excellent, although it needs a couple of upgrades, some of the head rests were gone or completely worn out. The left side of the hot tub would benefit from a privacy shade. The main bedroom TV needs to be upgraded to a smart TV. Property management was extremely responsive and cordial to all of our needs including sending a tech to refresh the hot tub water. We are looking forward to come back in the winter.

Good: Check in and out was super easy. The kitchen was well equipped, and the layout with the bathroom on every level was very nice.Bad: Unfortunately, there were several things in need of repair when we arrived. The toilet paper holder was broken. The kitchen table was extremely wobbly and the ice machine did not work. We reached out to Taylor made and no one ever responded. We didn’t have ice the entire week. Also the beds were extremely uncomfortable. I would not stay here again.

Cleaners need to do a better job dusting surfaces. Top of fridge, stairways, tv stands, coffee tables. The host needs to spend some money on the 3 decks. Haven’t been maintained in years. Front porch is dirty and not welcoming. Top deck has boards coming up. Carpeting needs pulled up or a good scrubbing.
