Enjoy the unique and wonderful town of St. George while staying in this brand new multi-level, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, 2 family room home! This is a high-end townhouse development great for multi-families or a gathering of friends. There’s an insane amount of the outdoors to be explored. Located close to grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses, 8 miles to the famous Snow Canyon, only 45 miles from Zion National Park and within 22 miles of Quail Creek State Park and Sand Hollow State Park.
Our guests also have complimentary access to a nearby water park and clubhouse! This includes a daily pass for 10 guests (with options to purchase day passes for more guests if needed at the Las Palmas Clubhouse). Access to the water park is included with your stay and is only a 2 minute walk from The Vue #14. The water park pass includes: water slides, splash pad, kiddie pool, lap pool, indoor pool, multiple hot tubs, clubhouse snack and drink center, full gym, basketball and volleyball courts, shuffle board, playground, lawn chess and ping pong.

We had a fantastic 2 week stay with friends. It was great to have roomy separate bedrooms and comfortable group spaces. The access to the Las Palmas pool complex was a nice extra. We want to stay here again next year.

Our stay was ok. The host was quick to address any issues which was great. There were a few unwanted roaches downstairs. The open bathroom concept works if your rooming with a partner but not for friends sharing a room.

Great condo in quiet area

Excellent condo for an extended family reunion. We've stayed at Las Palmas before and loved the pool area-although the condo was older. This condo isn't part of Las Palmas but loved that we could use the pools at Las Palmas and it's only a 5 minute walk. Condo is new, clean and comfortable. Communication with owner was fast and easy. Location is very close to parks, hikes, grocery stores and restaurants. Great stay!!!

Fun for Graduation!

We rented this unit for my niece's graduation from Utah Tech. We love the location and the amenities. The amount of en suites is great for lots of couples/adults, rather than just a bunch of bunk beds, but we got that too with this listing. Communication with the property owner was great. We accidentally took the wrong garage door opener home with us and left ours. He was super understanding and shipped ours back at no cost (we also shipped the unit opener back). The only thing that needed improvement was deep cleaning. There was a cheetos bag under our bed and lots of gunk/wrappers/crumbs under the couch. We only know because something rolled under each, we aren't weirdos who look under furniture all the time, lol!

Very Spacious and Quiet

The location was perfect for what we needed and it was very quiet inside the condo even though there were other people out and about in the community. We anticipated bringing 13 but only ended up with 8 total, however I have no doubt we could fit 13 in this condo and be comfortable. There are 3 suites on the second floor each with their own bathroom. The top floor has a shared bathroom and two other rooms. The pool and hot tub were a little undersized for the size of the community but the neighboring "resort" accommodated us pretty well (the resort itself is a bit older and the pool area is showing it's age but it looks like they are in the process of updating it). My only complaint is the confirmation email said checkout was at 11AM but the document in the home said 10AM, and the cleaning lady showed up just after 10AM which made it feel like we should have been gone already. That said I would definitely stay here again (just maybe get clarification on checkout time).

Perfect multi-family stay

This property was perfect for a family gathering with several small children, grandparents and single young adults The common areas are on their own floor, allowing bedrooms and baths privacy and quiet, even with little ones about. The amenities of the property provided great recreation and activity for young and old alike. We had a minor issue that the property manager promptly addressed. We are hoping to return next year.
