This cozy two-bedroom offers a relaxed, nostalgic vibe just steps away from the sand, perfect for enjoying the sound of waves and sunsets. While it retains its vintage charm, the simple comforts and prime location make it a delightful and affordable getaway by the ocean.

The weather was still cool so early in the year so the pool and the beach were not a priority for us, but the pool was obviously clean and well maintained and the beach on Isle of Palms is awesome. We will definitely use those amenities if we schedule a vacation in the summer or fall.

Great place to stay!

This was a great location and facility that definitely met our expectations and was very fairly priced as well! Communication via phone and email was top notch, with very timely responses to any questions we had.

It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our time on IOP. It was an easy walk to the beach (be mindful of the county park closing time, they lock the gates) and restaurants on IOP. Parking was easy too.

It was a great stay…. It was my first visit to Isle Of Palms. Furniture and beds were very comfortable.The place was clean and the ac worked great.5 minute walk from the beach and they have a pier you can go out on. Close to restaurants and a grocery store which was great.Lots of places to shop within a 10 minute drive to get anything you need for your stay. Just be ready to have an awesome time….

Spring break vacation

The positives…great location to the beach and shopping/restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the pool was nice getaway from the beach when you needed a break. Besides an isolated incident that occurred on our last day, Isle of Palms was a great family beach. Room for improvement…the furnishings in the family room could use an update as they have been well used over the years. Toilets and plumbing could use and update too…particularly in the master.

Cute Apartment

Enjoyed our stay at this Isle of Palms property. It had a bit of charm with a lot of conveniences. It is a bit of a party town but they do seem to have very strict quite time restrictions. Definitely close enough to the beach but this apartment does not have an ocean views. We were also impressed with the responsiveness of the management company. They are wonderful for getting things done. Overall, a great experience!

Close to pavilion and shopping. When I booked the apartment I didn't realize it was on the third floor. We had one in our group that is disabled and couldn't participate in the things the rest of our group did due to being in pain from having to climb the stairs.

You can park your car and walk to restaurants and local shopping. Major shopping center is just a few miles over the bridge. Management company is right next door and responds to quickly and efficiently to all calls. I have stayed in this particular unit before and would here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Oceanside condos are close to beach and within walking distance of restaurants and grocery store which is what attracted us. The condo was spacious, however it could use some updating. The furniture in the living room needed a good cleaning and the couch was not very comfortable. Staining in a few areas of the ceilings in different place. Sliding glass door did not have a screen door and unable to leave open on a nice day.

The beds were very comfortable, which is a deal breaker if they aren’t! The condo itself was clean, the water pressure in both showers were great! The “essentials” were 10/10. A few items i would change: Update the patio furniture. One chair was broken and the clothing drying rack was also broken. The other two chairs were very small and not comfortable. The foldable table was nice, but my family of 4 loves to eat lunch together outside and we were a bit squished. Perhaps a nice set with a larger table and 4 chairs with cushions! The utensils were a little dated, some spoons look like they have been eaten by the disposal! Also, the steak knives were very dull. The couch and chairs could use a good cleaning, but we’re comfortable. Overall, this condo is fantastic and we booked it again for next year. We truly enjoyed our time and can’t wait to go back. Island realty is such a pleasure to work with and incredibly easy and accommodating- thank you! Until next year! :)

We have stayed in this complex and Sea Cabins many times and will continue to come back. Only complaint with this unit is lack of ceiling fans. The AC had to stay on 71 so unit would not freeze which was OK until night time when bedrooms would get hot and no fan to circulate air. Everyone had a hard time sleeping.

Great condo on Isle of Palms

Great location, quick walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Isle of Palms
