Unit 25 at The Lord Hampshire

Welcome to The Lord Hampshire! Mohawk Island suite, this studio comes with a Queen bed, Twin Trundle, a small Kitchenette, and a 3/4 bath. This little oasis has been tastefully decorated and equipped for your relaxation. There is a screened porch that perches right over the lake. You can't beat the view, for sure! Enjoy 650 feet of shared lake front with a large swim deck right on the channel. Enjoy the sunshine on the deck and step right into the sandy shore to cool off on those hot summer days.

There is a playground and a small, private swimming area for you to enjoy with the other guests at The Lord Hampshire! Rent a boat at the local marina and use the Day Dock (only) to load up your supplies for a day of fun at the famous Sandbar! Bring your kayaks (or rent them) and launch them right from the waterfront.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets at this location.

Great place!

This was a nice place to stay for a long weekend, with lots of food and brewery choices nearby. The dock is great- a beautiful view, and the screened in porch was nice in the evenings after our little one went to sleep on the trundle bed.

Awesome place!! Had a great time swimming at the dock. We enjoyed visiting the winery/breweries lots of fun things to do around the area.

Very impressed with the cleanliness and decoration of condo. Very convenient amenities, everything we needed! The view is great and the porch was so relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

My Daughter and i stayed here. It was perfect for us It rained all one day but we still enjoyed it sitting on the balcony enjoying the waterview.

I thought it was a cabin.

Smaller than expected. When I booked it, I thought it was a cabin on the lake. The management company called a few days in advance to confirm my reservation and they explained that it’s actually a former motel room that overlooks the lake. You need to walk about 50 yards to access the water. Still a nice place, just not quite what I was expecting.

Lack of PARKING!

It was a large hotel room!..... Decent but the parking and lack of check in guidance was not what we are use to with VRBO! The small screened Tiki Room was very dirty and because of the air conditioner the heat it remitted made it impossible to stay out there. Very noisy also!

We loved this condo and the water views. The location was key. Loved the decor of the porch. We enjoyed the dock and the little swim area with our toddler. The only down side is the neighbor upstairs came knocking on our door in the middle of the night accusing us of smoking because she smelled something. My husband and I aren't smokers and we had our 2 year daughter that was sleeping at the time. She was going from door to door. It's not that serious to go around and disrupt everyone. Always have to have one of those around. Other than that we loved it. The owners did an amazing job decorating the place. Has all dishes and cooking supplies. We made all of our meals there. Shower head was amazing.

Relaxing Getaway - 5 stars!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary and were not disappointed! We love the property and little community; there were families and older couples. We also loved the surrounding area, there was so much to do!! We really enjoyed our stay. IMPORTANT NOTE: everything is provided! The Breakaway Rentals contract says you have to bring linens and other things, but everything is provided, including sponge w/ soap for kitchen, hand towels, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sheets/blankets, extra pillows. We made a list of likes/dislikes in case anyone would find it helpful :) LIKES * size of the room.. perfect for 2 * comfy bed * clean * big shower * enough dishes * lights are dimmable * smart TV * view * aesthetically pleasing * comfy couch * god bless ac * secure lock on door * location * dock with access to water is gorgeous * big fridge and freezer * communication with host is great * binder with local activities * no smoking * quiet hours * kitchen storage DISLIKES * no table for eating * no oven * small counter space * no dish rack * the screen porch needs overall cleaning - lots of spiders and pollen * drawers were used for extra pillows and blankets which left minimal space for our clothes * no recycling * only one dish towel * no tissues * no big mirror (body length) * microwave on top of fridge * parking Overall, we really loved it here and our dislikes are truly just nitpicking! We will absolutely be staying here again!

Wonderful stay!

Perfect little getaway~ modern, clean, updated unit~ it really has everything you’d need. Keurig machine, full fridge, toaster oven, microwave, use of the dock and swimming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! If I had one thing to say, it’s just that the little porch(which is wonderful also) could have been swept, along with the screens, but otherwise it was perfect. Thank you!

We were in town for a softball tournament and this place was perfect. Great location near Laconia and right on the lake. It was exactly like the pictures.

Great location and facility!

The space was perfect for the two of us and very up to date/modern. Although it rained, we enjoyed the balcony and visited local wineries and breweries. Hope to return to enjoy the lakeside deck and swimming area. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.
