Life is Better at the Lake! Over 120 ft of frontage on Houghton Lake!
Lakefront beauty on Houghton Lake's South Shore. Cottage is situated on 80 ft of lake frontage. The garage is immediately across the street and it has another 50 ft of lakefront and a fire pit. Knotty pine interior and views galore!! High speed internet and cable TV. Washer/Dryer. 1 king size bed, 2 full size beds, and a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top). In Summer, rent a boat from one of the the local marinas while you are here and tie it up to our 80 ft long dock to enjoy some extra fun in the sun on Houghton Lake. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the dock or the backyard. In Winter you may want to bring your snowmobiles as many people enjoy riding them on the frozen lake or on nearby trails. Many people enjoy the fishing on Houghton Lake which has walleye, pike, bass, and bluegill. This doesn't stop in Winter, as Houghton Lake is an active ice fishing location. So come enjoy this unpretentious, 4 bed, 1,344 square ft cottage and find out for yourself why Life is Better at the Lake
