Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the dock or the backyard. In Winter you may want to bring your snowmobiles as many people enjoy riding them on the frozen lake or on nearby trails. Many people enjoy the fishing on Houghton Lake which has walleye, pike, bass, and bluegill. This doesn't stop in Winter, as Houghton Lake is an active ice fishing location.
