A Beautifully maintained home right in the heart of Alton Bay.

This spacious of 5,300 sqft home has two full kitchens, with two master bedrooms with outstanding views of the no wake zone of Alton Bay Lake Winnepesaukee,
“ Watch all the boats slowly pass by then take off”. Or
 “ Watch the planes landing on the only FAA ice landing strip in the United States in the winter months” From the large deck with retractable awnings for some shade if wanted. Only minutes to all Attractions and only 14 minutes to Mount Major and 25 minutes to Gunstock Mountain.
There is 4 full and two half bathrooms. This is the perfect spot for large family's or two family's vacationing together. Located right on the lake with dock access where you can take your boat, paddle-board, or kayak out and explore all of Lake Winnepesaukee. fire pit, sitting areas outside and grill all for your enjoyment! Sleeps up to 16 strictly enforced! Can possibly add more with owners approval. Linens are not included but can be for an extra charge. Parking is limited to 6 to 8 vehicles.
No trailer parking available.

Perfect location! We had everything we needed and more, very comfortable and incredibly scenic. We loved that we could walk to some great local restaurants and the quick drive to Mt Major.

This property was perfect for our family getaway. For our two families, it gave us both togetherness and privacy. It had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very pleasant and responsive. The view of Alton Bay was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Dad's 80th birthday

The property is fantastic. Extremely clean, beautifully decorated and plenty of room. Location is great and the host is very responsive. I would highly recommend staying here. Family vacation to remember!

Lake vacation

The house was clean and comfortable with more than enough room for our family of 12. Great location across the street from the lake where we went swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing. Host was very pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend this property.

Great Place for a larger group

Plenty of space and very comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the house had everything. Would highly recommend it. Nice waterfront and the Loons added to the quintessential Winnepesaukee charm.

Summer vacation 2023

The house is large, a perfect size for our group of 8 adults and 5 children. The location is magnificent, terrific lake access for swimming and boating. The house was well appointed, and very clean. Rich is a great host, very hospitable and informative about the house, dock and lake.

Rich was an absolutely amazing host. His home was not only beautiful by immaculate. We rented the home for our wedding weekend! It was the perfect place for our friends and family to congregate and stay close to our wedding venue at Gunstock mountain. The best stay I have ever had with a rental and Rich was the difference. DON'T LOOK ANY FURTHER !!!

This home on Alton Bay is fabulous and very spacious. The location if perfect. We enjoyed the outdoor decks and living space. The home is nicely furnished and appointed. We rented a boat and there is a dock directly across the street. We have rented other homes on Lake Winnipesaukee and by far this home is the best. We plan to return next year for our annual family vacation on the lake. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect week on the Lake

Great July week of vacation with everything we needed at the Lake house. Plenty of room to accommodate our large group of four families. The house was well equiped with both kitchens and multiple refrigerators. Location is perfect with a 1 mile trip to Hannafords and the restaurant across the harbor that served great mudslides. We had a competitive week of pool, ping pong and card games on the deck. The units are as advertised and neat and clean. The boat dock worked out great for our rented bowrider for the week along with perfect weather. Highly recommend!!
