Lovely 5 bedroom home situated on 2 acres. Large wrap around front porch. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Under counter ice machine with clear ice. Two bedrooms on first floor. Three bedrooms on second floor. Three full baths with deep, jetted tub in master bathroom. Soft, comfortable beds. Beautiful, stunning starry night skies. Fenced area for dogs. Sleeps 9. A perfect place for football weekends or any other event in The Oxford area. Ping Pong Table set up in garage.

Statement in compliance with VRBO policy regarding notice of security cameras: Please note there are four exterior security cameras for the protection of the home. They include a front doorbell camera and two additional front porch cameras (one directed to the driveway and the other to the side yard). Outside of Oxford

This home was very spacious for our family of 6. There are two bedrooms downstairs and these worked well for us older parents. We had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped and we ate all meals for 4 days at the home. There is ample parking when all of our adult children brought their cars. The owners are very accommodating and responsive.

Amazing Mississippi Home

This house was perfect for our family of 8. I was very impressed it gave me that very down home Mississippi feel I absolutely loved it. Penn the owner had great communication with me throughout our stay. I would highly recommend! We will be back.

Ole Miss football weekend. Home is beautiful, comfortable, clean, well equipped. Easy drive into Oxford. Wish we were still sitting on front porch. Communication was quick and thorough. We will stay there any time its available.

Family Wedding

Arrival and entry were very straight forward. Each of us were comfortable in our bedrooms. While we did not spend a lot of time in the home, the kitchen was bright and open. Also, the porch was a nice spot to relax. We did walk our dogs considerably and the area was very lovely for that.

Velvet Ditch

If you have ever been to Oxford you may have heard or seen the term "Velvet Ditch" plastered all over. In short its the comfortable at home feeling that the area gives you that makes you never want to leave. THIS HOME IS ALL THAT AND MORE!!!! Our party was 3 families going to Ole Miss for the football game and then a Thanksgiving dinner for my daughter and a bunch of her college friends. The minute you walk in the door you can feel the southern charm that makes you never want to leave. The surrounding area is beautiful and seems like its in the middle of the country but is 15 minutes tops from Campus. Saying the Kitchen is well stocked is a tremendous understatement. Anything and Everything you could possibly need was there. Anything!!!!! Separate Ice maker and wine fridge in the laundry room were a welcome surprise. In the garage where extra tables and stack chairs, Corn hole set, ping pong table. The fire pit was amazing on the cool fall night as well. If there was one thing that may have been nicer than the house it would have to be the Owners. Pen could not have been a better host. We communicated many times prior to our arrival. The rental allows dogs which we did not try but I would have no reservations doing so next time. Super nice fenced in area for them and even a number of a device that would come let them out if its gonna be a long day out. I would give this rental 100 stars if I could. Tim H

Oxford Football Weekend

This is a very spacious, comfortable house, equipped with everything we needed for a great weekend. It is located just a few miles outside of Oxford, in a beautiful, serene countryside setting. It has a wonderful front porch with plenty of seating, that is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The host was great, and we will definitely visiit again.

Ole Miss weekend

This home is beautiful and very comfy. We had no issues at all. It’s an awesome place to stay. The owner is awesome and so friendly. We will definitely stay here again when we are in this area. You won’t be disappointed in this home!

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful visit to this home. It is about 15 minutes from downtown Oxford, and we stayed for Ole Miss parents weekend. There were a few hiccups when we checked in regarding the previous cleaning of the property, but Pen was very communicative and easy to work with, and he got the issues resolved for us very quickly. I cannot say enough good things about this property. Everyone in our party (including our dog) thought it was a great home. I would definitely stay here again.
