This third floor condo is newly refurbished (2022), and is a favorite with guests. Large balcony overlooking the first pool area, and views down to the ocean. Fabulous breezes to enjoy your evenings on the deck. Large livingroom , dining, kitchen with all top of the line appliances. Ceiling fans, screens, and air conditioning.Guest shower/bathroom. King bed and ensuite bathroom with 48" Smart TV. The livingroom has a whopping 75” top of the line Smart TV. The best fiber optic internet there is. 50 mbps. Suitable for remote work while enjoying Paradise. Electric used during your stay will be billed separately at check out. Short term renters may not have guests that were not part of the original booking

Endroit trÚs agréable et sécuritaire

Un trĂšs beau 8 jours de repos, beau mix plage et piscine. Plusieurs commerces et Ă©piceries Ă  pied du site, endroit trĂšs sĂ©curitaire. Communications trĂšs faciles et rapides avec l’hĂŽte.

Incredible Experience!

The property is awesome altogether. The condo is just as advertised and was perfect for us. The pools are gorgeous. The grounds are gorgeous. We love the beachfront bar and restaurant. There are several delicious restaurants in the city once you walk through the gates of the resort. Everyone is awesome. Liz is a blessing! If you are on the fence about what to do, hesitate no more. What are you waiting for?!

Great location

Apartment is recently renovated and looks great! Amazing location. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores around. Apartment is in a gated community with private pool and beach. Everyone at the community was super attentive and helpful. 24/7 security guard give a piece of mind as a tourist. Liz, the property manager, is amazing. She helped us from the day that we booked the place with answering all of our questions to the last minute we left the property.

Good value in El Cortecito

This is a clean, comfortable apartment, equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. It's particularly well-stocked with cooking pans, utensils, bowls, etc--very well set up if you want to cook your own meals. The grill is a lovely addition, as well. The apartment is situated at the far inland end of the complex but still has a bit of an ocean view. The deck is wonderful! (Side note: The inland location is actually beneficial when the sargassum smell is strong beachside, as it was during my visit. Be aware that the complex and surrounding hotels haven't invested in effective sargassum barriers or beach cleaning so the beach and nearshore waters can get pretty swampy and gross during sargassum season (April-November). This is something that *all* Caribbean beach destinations are facing these days, and the manager of the apartment said that the complex *is* working on improving their response). Lots of great small restaurants within easy walking distance of the complex.

Couldn't have chosen a better property

First off, the communication with Liz months before we arrived was so appreciated. She made sure we knew about the area, restaurants, money exchange and most of all transportation to and from the airport. We used her trusted drivers to pick us up from the airport and to take us back. This was so helpful as to not have to deal with the taxi drivers and Uber scammers. Check in was quick and easy. Liz met us at the apartment and showed us around and answered all of our questions. The apartment is the perfect size for a couple. Although we never used the kitchen it was WELL STOCKED with everything you may need for preparing a five course meal. Plenty of beach towels, regular towels, yeti's, hats, everything you would need for a beach vacation. No detail was left out of this apartment. The television in the living area is HUGE!! There are two AC units that cool the living area and the bedroom separately. They cool the room in less than 10 minutes. There are fans in all rooms that keep the rooms cool as well to save electricity. Electricity is a separate bill but not expensive. We were there 6 nights and was conservative but did use the AC in the bedroom every night at 70. Used fans during the day except a couple times, it was really hot and we turned the air on for a little while in the living area. Our electric charge was $64, which isn't bad considering electricity is 3X what it costs in the US. Can't wait to return to Playa Turquesa, already toured the next apt!
