Two beautiful lots are available on my 5 acre property. They are reserved for RVs anywhere between 20 to 40 feet long. 50 amp electrical outlet and water offered. if you’re looking for peace, quiet, and a time to reflect, you will love this beautiful country setting.
Septic tank is on the property and an RV wastewater tote will be provided for your use. Gray water can be run on the grass. Do not release sewer water on the ground. Releasing sewer on the ground will result in immediate eviction.
Campsites must be kept pre-of litter and trash. All items must be removed or disposed of upon your departure.
No overnights are allowed without prior approval
Children 12 and under are not allowed due to potential risks with the lake in animals.
Quiet are 9 PM to 9 AM. This is a quiet and peaceful community, and we asked that you observe the quiet hours.
There is a washer and dryer on the property for your use.
The beaches are only approximately 10 minutes away. Grocery store, Walgreens., liquor store, and Chase Bank and the Englewood downtown with fun shops are all within 2 miles of the property.
Come and enjoy one of the most beautiful areas in South Florida.
