This was our second stay at this property and we just love it! The unit is perfect for 2 people, the kitchen is well stocked, bed is comfortable, everything is modern and clean. Parking is a huge plus!! The outdoor deck is perfect for morning coffee or just hanging out. The shared dining area and outdoor grill are great additions. Looking forward to staying again soon!

Great spot for solo traveler

Wonderful stay here in a tidy and recently done home in an excellent location central to Provincetown, but away from the hustle and bustle of Commercial Street

Disappointing

The location of the apartment was great. Close to everything but still in a quiet area. Unfortunately, the description listed AC under amenities but it was only in the bedroom. So, the main living area was humid and stuffy. The doorknob to the bedroom was half missing. If one were to shut the door, the potential for getting locked in the room was possible. The paint in the bathroom was chipping and the area around the shower pan had areas that were black with mildew. The bedroom had sheer shades so the sun streamed in at 5:00 AM. There was no hairdryer and only one beach towel. I told the owner about the issues without resolution. I ended up leaving several days early.

Great place to stay in P-town!

Perfect kitchen and bath, comfy furniture, great bed. Size is perfect for two people. Deck is lovely and it’s a cute, quiet neighborhood. The location is ideal; quick walk to Commercial St. and easy access to Race Pt. beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Hosts Jason and Jeffrey were very responsive and friendly We will be back!

Great Apartment/Excellent Location

The apartment is extremely well kept, extremely clean and has everything you need for a short or long stay. All the comforts of home. The well equipped kitchen allowed us to have a number of meals at the apartment and the stove is great! Host supplied toiletries were a great touch as well. Location is an easy walk to Commercial Street but far enough away so that it's quiet at night. Easy bike ride to the beaches and trails. We will definitely be back!

Great location and use of space

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The owners were able to accommodate an early check-in and were very responsive when we had an inquiry. Small space but layed out very efficiently and great outdoor space as well.

Great location, close to everything in town yet on a quiet street so you can relax. Nice patio and we enjoyed using the grille to cook dinners. We would stay here again!

Lovely place and perhaps even better than the photos

It was perhaps even more lovely than the photos. Great detailed touches throughout, including even in the selection of the books on the shelves. Great to have the laundry room adjacent to the unit too. Every corner and overall space was maximized, practically and aesthetically. Nicely equipped kitchen
and island area. Good location too in central part of town, but just far enough away from the Commercial Street traffic and weekend crowds.

Excellent stay in Ptown

Jason's immaculate, modern, updated condo was a perfect place to stay in Provincetown. In the center of town on a quiet residential street a very short walk from Commercial Street. The condo is very well-decorated with inviting spaces to hang out both indoors and outdoors. We appreciated the comfy bed and all the storage (plus a bunch of hangers!) in the bedroom. The AC unit in the bedroom does a great job cooling the entire unit (although it is a little noisy if you are a light sleeper). We also appreciated Jason's terrific communication and responsiveness. We hope to be back next year!

Cute little place! Walking distance to everything! Nice to have a parking spot! House was comfortable and had everything for my husband and I. Couldn’t find the extra blanket for our chilly night, but we managed!! Will stay again!

Oh, wow! And this patio is exclusively yours for the week?

First comment our local friends made when they stopped by to visit was about the patio.Between the exclusive use patio and the shared outdoor dining area and grill, this rental basically double the amount of space available on the property during good weather.I think we were outside more than inside. But let's move on to the inside. The use of space in this 390 sq. ft. space is commendable. Jason and Jeffrey thought out every element to utilize the space to it's maximum. Beautifully appointed! Kitchen is superb, complete with a gas stove and oven for making meals from the ordinary to the extraordinary! Bed is comfortable and the light and colors throughout the unit are comfortable and well chosen as is the beautiful local art on the walls.Bathroom is surprisingly roomy and updated with new shower, sink and a darned comfortable toilet. The owners,Jason and Jeffrey communicated extremely well, in particular when we had a small power issue midweek.They were "Johnny on the spot" with a simple solution.I would recommend this rental to any couple at any time of year. Totally worth it! We look forward to renting this unit again.
