Steve C, Thank you for a nice review on the condo during your stay. Unfortunately you gave us a 4 Star rating due to the height of ceilings and your tall structure. I tried to show this well in the photos, but you'll see if you rent any older place that had not been totally gutted, you'd find the same situation. Wow! This is the first time in the 14 years of having my cleaner clean this place have I ever heard this comment. As many can see in previous reviews, the common theme is how well clean the unit is. I’ve been in the unit while he has been cleaning when all the furniture is moved up off the floor, and mopped thoroughly. If I knew this was a problem, I would’ve addressed it. Again waiting until the end doesn’t resolve issues. I’ve had weekly tenants in the unit and have never heard about the door springing open. Yes I will have my handyman go there to deal with. Rest assured, I do not check it every week, due to the many years of high reviews of the cleaning. But, I do check on the condo periodically and it always seems fine. I did receive a text from the neighbor who informed me of the excessive barking dog left on the patio. I did not know it was because your dog got out. As I was going to approach you about this, the neighbor text back and said all has been resolved. No more barking. I’m sorry that you felt this unit is not satisfactory to your needs. However, I am confident that other tenants will see how well maintained this place is. I’m sorry to hear, and I will address the issues with the cleaner. Sincerely, Stan, agent for owner.
