communication was excellent. the home was spacious enough for a family of 7. Gated community was safe. Shared pool was nice. 15 min walk to a beach. only recommendation would be to upgrade the appliances throughout.

Perfect stay

Beautiful house big enough for a family / neighborhood excellent, secure, near everything/ beaxh /restaurants, dorado is just magical. Thanks so much Jenn for the hospitality. Definitely will come back soon.

Great place to start the host was so helpful in anything we needed. The home was perfect for our family of seven with a small child. There is pickleball a pool and basket and tennis a few steps out the front door and a short walk 5-8 min to the beach or the embassy suites is close by and they have bowling go carts and small arcade. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Jennifer for everything.

Very nice villa in a beautiful neighborhood. Exceptionally friendly and helpful host's with excellent communication. This property was a good fit for our family of 7 to use as home base as we headed out each day to explore the island. I think this would also be a great option for any group just looking for a place to relax and enjoy time together in the beautiful Dorado area. The pool is very nice and I appreciated not having to pack bulky beach towels for our gang. Plenty of towels in the rental for our use along with a brand new washer and dryer was an extra perk that I haven't had on other vacations. Property exactly as described. Wonderful hosts. Recommend

Thanksgiving Island Vacation

Beautiful Villa that comfortably accommodated a family of 7 during our stay in Puerto Rico. Our host was attentive and gracious, and the property was exactly what we needed, clean and spacious! Just minutes away from the beach and very safe area!

This property was grossly misrepresented.

None of the bathrooms have hand soap for hand washing. There is only one extra toilet paper roll in the bathrooms with us staying here for 1 weeks seems to not be enough. There is no dish soap at all and also only 1 paper towel roll. The A/C unit that controls the majority of the house is broken and the house muggy throughout in 93° weather. Not all doors have keys that lock or even the locking knobs don't work. This is a safety concern as we have children and even though it seems to be in a safe neighborhood it is still a concern. The shutters are rusty and the knobs don't work well to shut completely or are also broken. The furniture is broken or handles not existing to open and close drawers or brokenglass doors. The kitchen is not equipped with appropriate pots and pans to cook and all drawers and cabinets in the kitchen smell like mold. Mold is existing under the kitchen sink. Had plumber and property manager confirm that. There aren't any beach towels or hardly any extra so we are going to have to wash the really old towels to use at the beach and then wash again to showers. There isn't any laundry soap to even do that. The place was not cleaned, it was just picked up to appear clean. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and bedrooms. I am disappointed in the condition of this rental as we are on vacation and it doesn't feel like a vacation place at all.
