Recently built, this loft is a clean and relaxing space for travelers to the Queen City. Located in the quaint and charming neighborhood Villa Heights, you are nestled between the popular bars and restaurants of NoDa and Plaza Midwood. In a short walk, you are at the 25th street station, able to take the light rail just 4 stops into Uptown, or continue on to South End.

Awesome stay!

Very clean property. Was skeptical because this is a loft in the backyard of owners home but turns out it was no problem at all! Host was very kind and sweet. We enjoyed our stay so much! Plus the bed is amazing!

Great Stay at a Great Location

Me and my partner had a wonderful time here! very nice place, very clean and well maintained, the window by the bed shows you the city perfectly! i love Noda, the house was near everything i loved about Noda! Also this was my first time renting a place that was a loft/small home connected to the original home. thankfully it was only connected by the driveway. a big worry I always have is the owners being a bother by invading privacy but at this spot my worries where clear and free, i loved this place would rent again

Good stay in Charlotte North Carolina

My stay at Villa Heights was good. The property owners gave me complete privacy. The room is very nice, but also very small. I have pretty high standards when it comes to cleanliness, and it could have been a little cleaner in general. Other than that it was very nice if you travel with a lot of luggage it is a bit of a pain because you have to park up front on the street. All of that said it was a very nice stay. I would stay there again and would recommend a stay.

Great property, great location!

My boyfriend and I loved our stay here! Perfect little property, just as described on the website. Very clean. Great location. You can easily walk to the light rail and get anywhere you need within minutes. Easy to get to all that NoDa has to offer. Very quiet, you can hear the birds chirp in the mornings. Very secluded. Everything you need. I would recommend buying some K-Cups as they only had one. That would be the only complaint was there was very little coffee. But you can easily get to the Smelly Cat Coffee and plenty of other places for coffee as needed. Also, there is only one small wine cooler/refrigerator, so there is no ice. Other than that, I loved this place! Plenty of towels and toiletries. Plates and glasses are abundant. This would not be a good place for those who cannot easily walk up stairs as there is no elevator. The host was fantastic! Super responsive. When I ordered food, she made sure to let me know that it was outside. I will be back for sure!

The space was great and has everything you need for a quick getaway. It was clean, modern, and convenient to much of what Charlotte has to offer. There are multiple restaurants and breweries within walking distance. The host was quick to respond, and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Bright, clean and new. Everything we needed and easy to get to. Check in and check out was simple, and the property manager kept us aware of what was going on. Really comfortable bed, too. Would highly recommend.
