Conveniently located 15 minutes from Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley, and one hour from Downtown Denver. Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the living room offers a queen-sized pullout couch for additional sleeping space. One car garage included with access to the condo through an interior hallway. Wheelchair accessible with a secure entry and an eastern facing patio (to watch the beautiful Colorado sunrises!). Well-stocked with essentials and fun extras. We would love to host you whethe you're in town to visit family, or need a place between home sale and purchase. Pool and tennis courts across the street, so bring your suit and rackets. Clubhouse is located across the parking lot, with a gathering space, fully-equipped workout room, sauna and outdoor hot tub. Come work remotely, visit family, or just get away and enjoy all the outdoor experiences Colorado has to offer. Walking distance to a driving range, multiple breweries, restaurants and walking trails with mountain views. We're happy to recommend activities and great places to eat; just ask!
