Double communicating Villa. Able to accommodate up to 19 people in 7 comfortable rooms. Overall, the two villas have 7 large rooms, furnished with taste and Italian Caribbean style at the same time. All equipped with bathroom, shower, TV, air conditioning and some with ceiling fan. A large breakfast room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a Spectacular swimming pool, free Wi-Fi Located in the most beautiful area of Playa del Carmen, just 5 minutes walk from the nightlife of the famous Quinta Avenida, starting point for meetings, outings, nightlife ... and only 1km from the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. A safe and attractive place where customers can enjoy an unforgettable Caribbean vacation, but all in Italian style.

Good location but ...

Overall, we had a great holiday in Playa del Carmen. The house was in a great location and we loved the town and the area. The property was ok, but there were some dissatisfactory things about it. In the lounge, there are three small cameras pointing in different directions. We were given no explanation by Marco (property manager) as to why they were there or whether they were on, but there was a green flashing light so I assumed they were working. It felt a bit uncomfortable knowing that we might be being watched or recorded. We were provided with 8 sets of towels for four people for 12 nights. This wasn't quite enough as we were showering sometimes twice a day as it was hot. There are no places to dry them, no tumble dryer or washing machine, no heated towel rail. I asked for replacements mid-holiday and Marco told us to go and wash them at the laundrette. They were thin and some had holes in. Some of the pillows need replacing - they smelled really bad of many sweaty heads. The tablecloths were dirty. The house has a nice layout and was good for our family reunion. The pool area is very nice. We paid for two properties for two families and it did feel sub-standard for what we paid.

Dear Fiona, thank you very much for your review, just a few details to clarify: - there are only two webcams (as detailed on each web page), one facing the main entrance and one facing the garden entrance. - as you rented a vacation rental without a cleaning service, we provide 2 full sets of towels per person and 2 full sets of linens for each bed. when you replace the first set you have at your disposal a laundry for only 0.50 USD per kg just 100 meters away. - each bathroom has a clothesline - of course we offer an extra cleaning service that you had the option to buy for just one day or for the whole stay... unfortunately you never asked for it In any case it was a pleasure to have you as guests. Horrible situation

First of all I was never informed of a 1000 security deposit until I arrived. No problem I had it. We got in late and had nasty old towels and no washcloths no hot water no drinking water and no toiletries at all. Then we had to walk to a store at night because we had babies with us that had to have fresh water. Next day immediately to Walmart to buy towels and washcloths and toiletries. Let’s talk about bugs. Tiny nasty bugs all over the floors bathroom and kitchen counters. Disgusting. Regardless of horrific it was and how humiliated I was by selecting this place to treat my friends and family to a Christmas vacation, we made the most of it. We left the place like we found it and perhaps even better because we actually cleaned the refrigerators and left the new towels. Now that we are back Marco is lying stating that the property was damaged and towels were missing (as if we wanted hard nasty old towels) and sheets were missing? Sheets were all he provided so we froze our behinds off the 1st 3 nights. And he said that the guests bracelet he provided was misused when I have the text from him telling me I could give it to the chef I hired personally which has nothing to do with him at all. All he had to do was reach out to security where he owns a property and get my chef cleared to enter but he allowed the situation to exasperate until I pressed him out to get it straight. All in all we enjoyed the beach and Mexico overall but I would never rent here again ever. Oh and did I mention the creepy cameras in the house watching you! Marco you are terrible and should be ashamed of yourself.

Dear Madame unfortunately we're not able to share pictures of the house status after your check out ... will be available for all those who request it. At your arrival we provided 40 Lt drinkable water more 80 Lt extra, 16 rolls toilet paper, soap and dish soap, new dish sponge, kitchen towels, 24 pool towels, 24 shower towels and 24 face towels. Of course hot and cold water in all bathrooms. Usually we don't provide blankets due to de high temperatures all year. After your check out we wasn't able to find: 4 Pool towels disappeared 6 Shower towels disappeared 4 Facial Towels disappeared 2 Blue pillow cover and 1 sheet disappeared 1 Grey pillow cover disappeared We found instead: Some unusable stained towels (Pictures available) already thrown away Many Scratched walls (Pictures available) All ac left turned on and fixed to 16 Celsius degrees The status of the property was disgusting, walking one remained attached to the ground. (Pictures available) Something unspeakable and smelly poured and left into the fridge and all around the kitchen that's why bugs. (Pictures available) Cameras are just looking to the main entrance for YOUR security and you would have been able to disconnect just by pulling the plug. For security reasons unauthorised person are not allowed to enter the area and you was unauthorised to share your entrance pass with unknown people that's why we have been ticketed. About the shop it is located just 150 mt. far from the building in a gated and very safe walking area, provided that someone does not allow strangers access by sharing the entry pass. Fortunately, security has realized your wrongdoing. For your information all of our properties are cleaned, checked and sanitized 24 hours before guests check in ..... We would really like to have the pleasure of sharing all the photos with all the guests who read this review. So please, you ... the next guest interested in our properties, ask us please .....
