Tucked away on a private, gated waterfront property, this newly renovated cottage offers a refined and peaceful escape on the edge of Puget Sound. Designed for two, it’s the perfect romantic retreat—just far enough from everything, but close to everything that matters.

The cottage is the only guest dwelling on the property and is thoughtfully set apart from the owner’s main residence. With its own parking area and private entrance, guests enjoy a true sense of seclusion and tranquility.

Step onto your deck overlooking the water, where you’ll find a propane grill and cozy fire pit—ideal for evenings under the stars. Take your coffee to the beach chairs at water’s edge or enjoy a sunset paddle: kayaks, a canoe, and paddleboards are all included with your stay.

Inside, you’ll find a completely renovated space—every detail brand new, every amenity thoughtfully chosen. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for meals in or late-night snacks, and coffee lovers will appreciate the French Press, drip machine (with coffee packets), and Keurig—because how you start your day matters.

For your safety, exterior cameras monitor the driveway, parking area and beach walkway. No cameras are located near interior or private spaces.

Peggy’s cottage was just as advertised—a romantic beautiful setting—in a lovely part of Washington. The cottage was comfortable with a well-appointed kitchen and great shower! Peggy was responsive to all messaging—a great host!

14/10 loveliest place on the water with stunning views, extremely quiet, lots of birds, otters and the gentle sound of the water. Would recommend to anyone! Such a kind host too. And go to Oak Table in Sequim and Fountain Cafe in Port Townsend for amazing food!

My husband described it as “a little piece of heaven” and that means a lot coming from him! Great mattress and furniture, clean and well cared for. We used the kayaks and got close to seals sitting on a small rock island which was very cool! Great outdoor space and easy parking. We drove up to Port Townsend from there. Beautiful spot! Peggy was a great host!

We had a relaxing stay at this adorable beach house. The views from the deck were amazing, and we loved the beachfront chairs down the path. The house was comfortable, cozy, and well stocked.

Property is in a stunning location views onto the lake is incredible, property perfect size for two and you feel straight at home as soon as you walk through the door. Great cottage complete with everything you need. Super comfortable bed, small kitchen but perfect for 2. I wished there was at least 1 cupboard for food storage, but there was enough room on the counters. Wild life in every direction. Eagles, blue heron, seals, otters, deer and osprey! A little piece of heaven...

From the moment we arrived, our experience was nothing short of exceptional! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect—peaceful and private, yet just a short distance from great restaurants, shopping and attractions. We especially loved relaxing on the patio, enjoying breathtaking mornings and sunsets, along with the tranquil sounds of nature. Our host went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, offering helpful recommendations and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We can’t recommend this place highly enough! We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

The view is so good and the access to the water is easy. The cottage is well appointment and very comfortable. Peggy, the hostess, is very nice and a pleasure to talk with. We would be very happy to stay here anytime.

Wonderful relaxing place to stay

We celebrated our 32nd anniversary here. The cottage was cozy and romantic. The surrounding yard is beautiful with plants and flowers all around. There are huge trees as well and we saw 2 bald eagles a couple times. Very comfortable bed and couch for watching movies on the huge flat-screen. We walked the beach and sat morning and evening on the deck just enjoying the amazing views. There is a bbq on the deck and some reclining chairs with a firepit so sitting outside in the evenings was cozy. The location is great for heading into Pt. Ludlow or driving a short distance to Pt. Townsend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it! Peggy is an awesome host. She is responsive if we needed anything and makes sure to give us privacy.

Wonderful stay!

Home was easy to locate and get into. It was clean, bright, and alwxacrly as advertised. Bed was very comfortable for both my partner and me (both larger people); view was incredible and water access incredibly easy. The owners home facing the cottage had stained glass coverings on the windows, giving us privacy as we ate on the deck. Had all kitchen appliances and needs as well. 10/10, highly reccome d.
