City Place Paradise steps from dining, entertainment, and convention center

WOW! Location, location, location, in the heart of West Palm Beach (Rosemary Square/City Place). Beautiful marble flooring through-out the living areas. Great city views and within walking distance to shopping boutiques, fine dining and entertainment right outside your door.

9 minute walk from the convention center.

A gorgeous 3 story townhome with an abundance of space is just steps from City Place.

The first floor has the attached garage and a den/office with a pull out twin sofa and desks if you need to get any work done. Why work at home when you can work in paradise!

On the second floor you'll find the generous size living room with plenty of comfy seating, and an 80 inch smart TV for a relaxing movie night. The sofa is a queen pullout bed.

The second floor kitchen has granite countertops with stainless steel appliances, and is full stocked with an accompanying dining area around the corner. The laundry area is conveniently located next to the kitchen.

Head to the top floor for the dual master suites One features a queen bed and the other features 2 queen beds. . Master bathroom each has a combo tub/shower, dual sink with granite countertop vanity.

Enjoy the community pool located on the other side of the complex. Instructions for pool access will be included in your welcome email.

You'll have access to the attached garage where you'll have access to one parking spot with additional parking located in the parking garage.

PBA Graduation stay

The location of the property really can’t be beat. The property is a bit dated. The sofas in the main living area really need to be replaced. One is stained and the seat part is really broken down. There is no bathroom on the primary living floor so if you are traveling with someone who has trouble navigating stairs, it can prove challenging. Location to restaurants and Publix is great. There was little natural light in the property due to the windows being dirty and several of the blinds wouldn’t open.

Wonderful stay

This property is in the heart of the city and it was perfect! We only moved our car to go further out for breakfast or dinner. The rest of the time we were able to walk.

This is the best VRBO in WPB!! Unbelievable location
. We walked to the beach each morning in Palm Beach, We walked to the public pier and hopped on a boat, Publix is 2 minutes away!!! there were so many great restaurants minutes away
. Spacious kitchen, lots of privacy, right smack in the center of all of the exciting town! Had a fantastic time!Thank you so much!!!

Great Location and Value

Great location and excellent communication! The rental was generally clean and comfortable, making for an enjoyable stay. Being so close to shops and restaurants was a huge plus, though it did get a little noisy at night—but that’s to be expected in such a vibrant area. While the space could use a bit of updating, it was still quite comfortable. Overall, a solid choice for anyone looking to be in the heart of the action!

The location was good except for all of the noise outside in the middle of the night. Unfortunately the property was not very clean. There was mold in one of the showers, ugly stains on the bed ruffle, dirty and stained carpeting, dust everywhere. Initially there was one bath towel and three hand towels only for three people. Luckily my sister lives nearby and we borrowed towels from her until the host arranged for a towel delivery the following day. A sprinkler head was falling out of the ceiling. Netflix account that was provided did not work. There was no dresser in the bedrooms but did have shelves in the closet. The unit was nice but definitely needs some work.

The location is very nice. I grew up in the area and it was like home. There seems to be fewer shops available for browsing or just walking around There is a lot of construction. It's like the area is trying to evolve into something else.

Perfect Spot for Us

We had a great time at this spacious townhouse! The location was PERFECT for us, as we had a 3 day event at the convention center. We could walk there in 5 minutes if we got lucky with the traffic lights! Nice kitchen, washer dryer and more than enough room for 3 adults. Very good communication with the host, Susan. We would definitely come back again.

Townhouse in convenient location

Comfortable townhouse ruined by excessive construction noise

The townhouse was comfortable, clean and well located. Beds were firm and kitchen was well-stocked. However, our stay was ruined by the excessive construction noise next door. They started between 5:30 and 6am, weekdays plus Saturdays, and some days went until 9 pm. I would rent again once the construction is done if I were going to stay in that area.

City place

Property need major updates. The loveseat had pillows under cushions so to try to cover how old/worn out the loveseat is. Next door they are building a high rise. So Monday-Saturday they start all the building at around 6-630 am. Very loud. This unit could be really nice with updates and new furnishings. Nice location.

Noisy Construction

The property is great and is perfectly located in The Square in downtown West Palm Beach. Loved being able to walk out the front door and walking to all the shops, restaurants, and intercostal. However, there is a massive constriction project directly adjacent to the property. You won't be able to sleep in past 7am. The construction project also keeps all their vehicle on the narrow road that leads to the gate that gets you to the garage. During the day when they are working, there are times when the vehicles are completely blocking your entrance to this road, forcing you to street park. Ended up getting a ticket because of this situation during my stay.

While I live in California, I travel to West Palm Beach so often that when I found this exquisite property, I just had to purchase it. I enjoy it so much while I stay there that I knew others would enjoy it as well.

This property struck me because of its location. Steps away from City Place/Rosemary Square. I could step out my front door and be in the heart of the action, dining, shopping, entertainment. It makes my trips there seem less like work trips.
