The Champions (COA) is quite strict when it comes to parking, especially trailers and anything that takes up more than one standard parking space (18 ft x 8.5 ft). They watch for parking violations and impose fines and impound vehicles/trailers that violate the rules. You agree to be charged for all such expenses incurred. So, let us know if you are wanting to bring 3 or more vehicles, or any trailers, RVs, or anything that takes up more than one standard parking space so that we can make sure everything goes smoothly.

Great Branson location get away

It was a perfect location for a get away. We enjoyed it a lot... Good space, plenty of parking, nice kitchen for cooking a small meal.Make sure to read all the information given upon arrival so your exit will be easy.

Quiet and close to the strip.

We absolutely loved the location. It was close enough to all the action but nestled quietly along side a beautiful golf course. The neighbors are so kind and the grounds are manicured nicely.

Review

The place was nice and in a good location. Only issue was people living below the room. I think they are full-time residents and probably complain about anyone staying above them. Woke up to a note on our door stating we kept them up walking and all we did was go to bed at 9pm. We checked in at 4 that evening. Went and ate supper at 6 and back by 8pm and they said the dog barked all day. Not possible since we didn’t even get there until 4 and only gone 2 hours. I think they would complain about anyone staying above them because we are older and don’t party and just went to relax. Kind of upset me about that note and I went and knocked on her door and had a conversation with her.

Centrally located for all of our family activities. Well-stocked kitchen. Family friendly layout. Breakfast on the enclosed porch was great. Plenty of room for our mixed-age group.

Very clean

Easy check in and out. Only sleeps 4 , unless you want to sleep on a blowup mattress or on recliner sofa. Clean and stocked nicely. Ver quite. Kind of hard to find first time. Was told to turn by Pizza Hut but sign wasn’t on so hard to find, but after that easy. I would stay again.

Not as clean as it should have been

This was our wedding weekend. Everything started great. Cost up front was spot on. Check in was fine. After we got everything in the condo we left for the evening. We got back late the first evening. Now is where the wheels got wobbly. Bed time rolled around(about midnight),then is when we found a ton of hairs on the sheets, pillow cases, and on the pillows. The floors were not swept clean at all. The master bedroom was so dirty. The master bath was covered as well. The kitchen, living room wasn't quite as bad but still not clean. So while we washed the bedding, we swept the floors. So it was about 3:30 before we got to bed. Let's talk about thr door situation for the master bedroom. There is one exterior door that is non operational. Meaning you cannot open it. There are 2 steel doors going from the living room into the master bedroom. The door that opens into the living room does not have a handle on the bedroom side. Meaning that if the door gets closed on someone in the master bedroom, they have absolutely no way out unless there is someone in the living room to open the door. The actual master bedroom door does not have a lock on it. This needs some attention. I emailed Kim B. She did offer to send someone over to clean, but we already did that. At no time did she offer any type of an apology for the dirty floors. She excused the hairs all-over the bed by saying the sheets are microfiber and that hairs stick to it. Hmm we checked the second bedroom and did not see hairs sticking to those sheets. Oh well. We are not interested in renting from Kim B again.

Champions Review

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Champions. Kim was wonderful to work with. Any questions that I had were answered right away, and she was quick to let us know of any problems that arose before we arrived there. Very nice area. Super quiet and friendly neighbors. If you are looking for level parking and a quiet place, this is a great option.

Great little stay

I took my kids to Branson for my daughter's birthday and this condo was perfect for the three of us. It's super close to attractions, dining & groceries. The neighborhood felt safe & quiet, and we had a fabulous view of the main thoroughfare. The condo was clean and everything was well labeled. Overall, a fantastic place to stay for a few nights.

This condo was in such a great location it made all our activities easy to get too. The unit has a great layout and was very clean. Property owner was great to work with and the process was very easy.

Very Peaceful

This condo was so quiet and peaceful. We never heard anyone else. Kim was very accommodating. My daughter decided to come with us to celebrate our 50th anniversary, contacted Kim and she had no problem that we were adding another person. The condo was very clean, well equipped. Highly recommend.
