Yoga mats aid a good sweat while your own washer + dryer keep things fresh. Sleep6 brand mattresses and supple linens allow for an optimal night’s rest. Nice place! Cleanly and lots of natural light. Some of the mattresses (like the pullout couch) can be a bit uncomfortable but that’s kind of just a given. Just be mindful of there being no elevator, since the room number coincides with the floor you’ll be on (which I don’t think is specifically mentioned).

The apartment was very clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the basic supplies we needed. We loved the coffee maker (supplied with coffee and small creamer in the fridge) and tea kettle. The linens were clean and fresh, and the bedrooms comfortable. The shared space was lovely.The guestbook provided ideas for where to go for meals and sight-seeing. Check-in was seamless - they texted the building access code the morning of our arrival.Location was ideal - we walked to Lincoln Park, North Pond, and the lakefront. Beautiful neighborhood with many places to eat, and a Target just down the block.When we had a minor technical issue with a light fixture, I texted them late in the evening and heard back first thing in the morning and they arranged for their technician to come that day while we were out. I was so impressed by the ease of communication and quick response.We were traveling with 3 adults, 3 children, and a dog. The accommodations were just right, and we had a great experience. We would definitely like to book here again on future Chicago trips!

Fantastic

The Neighborhood Hotel in Lincoln Park was very nearly perfect for our visit. The location is wonderful, with lots of shops and restaurants. Stan’s Donuts is fabulous! We walked and walked and walke - so much to do and see! Sleeping is super cozy and surprisingly, very quiet. The space has great design elements and communication was tremendous with the owner. They have two yoga mats, which was a lovely surprise. The space could use a cleaning refresh, and the common area and stairs could also use some sprucing up. I would absolutely stay here again!

Cute clean convenient!

Extremely easy check in. Love the electronic locks so you don’t have to worry about a key. Location is great to walk to the park and tons of food options. Space was great for 2 couples and 1 toddle each. Only issue was not having a tub for baths. It was on the listing, but maybe it was for another unit in the building. Also heads up that the pack and play amenity is not included and you have to rent it. Overall great stay

Looks recently remodeled. No front desk, etc, but a kitchen, 2 bed and bath, great LP location. We had no issues and will likely stay here again

Adorable place - Amazing location!

There are so many great things I can say about this place. First if you are going to a concert at Park West this is a great spot to stay. The check in process was a breeze and was key less which was a very nice convenience. The place was clean and extremely cozy and modern. The building is on the Main Street which put you walking distance to many places to shop and eat. We also easily found free street parking for our vehicle for the weekend. Adorable place and I really want to come back. Oh and the beds were extremely comfortable which is a huge plus. And maybe one of the most cozy couches.

Market Days Weekend

Overall a great apartment! Had some misunderstanding about how many could sleep. Jonathan was very responsive and remedied the situation quickly. Location is ideal for enjoying the city and apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would recommend no more than 4 guests.
