We were only visiting for 4 days, but we enjoyed the home. It was close in proximity to the various attractions in Williamsburg-I was traveling with young teens and the bedrooms were perfect, the property is well maintained and clean with all the amenities represented in the write up.

Friends and Family Williamsburg getaway

Just what we wanted, close to everything, but a bit in the country. Teens loved the electric couch. Bright and cheery.

Great place!

My wife and I visited for a few nights while we explored the historic areas that are just a short drive away. The place is beautiful, clean, and convenient to Jamestown,Yorktown, and colonial Williamsburg. Great spot!

Great house for a family looking to explore Williamsburg!

Our family of 5 enjoyed staying in this house! We cooked breakfast every morning and relaxed in the living room every evening. The location was perfect for exploring Jamestown, Busch Gardens, Yorktown, and Williamsburg. Close to grocery stores and in a cute neighborhood! We would stay here again!

Wonderful stay

This property was perfect for a quick family getaway. Communications with the property owners were responsive and friendly. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The House was in a neighborhood that is very quiet and easily get to Williamsburg and Busch gardens. We had a very enjoyable stay at this property.

Perfect location for college graduation

The location was great for all my needs (son's graduation from William and Mary) and even those I wish I'd had time for (Busch Gardens). It was great for our whole family to be able to stay in one place and the neighborhood was quiet.

A perfect place to relax and regroup during Graduation

We rented this home so my parents, my husband, and I could attend my son's graduation from William & Mary. I was so nice to have a kitchen so we could grab healthy breakfasts and late-night snacks and could come relax between events.The home was sparkling clean, and had everything we needed. The patio and yard were fabulous, but sadly it was too hot for us to spend time out there. The beds were comfortable, there was space to put our suitcases under the beds, and everything was close, convenient, and easy to figure out!Thanks for letting us share a special time together!

Great house plenty of room

Rented this house for 2 weeks for my business trip.. 6 of us fit comfortably here. House was very clean and communication with host was easy and stress free. Definitely recommend!!!

Sweet stay

Very accurate description of property. Clean, nicely decorated and well appointed with what you would need. Great kitchen! More than enough room for us. Extremely quiet neighborhood and easy access to the attractions that you would be looking to see. Caleb was great communicator. Would stay here again.

Cute and very close to amusement parks

Well kept home. It was cute, clean, and well stocked on linens and towels. The location was very close to Busch Gardens, Water Country USA and Colonial Williamsburg. The neighborhood was very peaceful and friendly as well. Make sure to bring a GPS though as the neighborhood can be difficult to navigate at first. We would absolutely return!

5 miles to Busch Gardens

Needed a place larger than hotel rooms for 6 of us visiting Busch Gardens for 3 days. Our Favorite Place provided us with the accommodations we needed and was extremely convenient to the park. Having a kitchen enabled us to eat breakfast there each day before going to the park.

Excellent location for family fun

The property is ideally located in the historic triangle. Under 15 minutes to colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Water Country and Jamestown. We comfortably fit 4 adults and 2 kids for the week. House was clean. Neighbors were friendly (pretty sure my 4 yr old said hello to everyone walking by). Easy detailed communication with the property manager made check-in and our stay a breeze. Highly recommend!

Great house, great location

The location is fantastic. In a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle but right in the center of everything. Easy access to the major attractions. The house is clean and comfortable with good space. What you see online is accurate. And it really is just bring yourself and your food. They have high quality linens and good amount and quality kitchenware. The kitchen is huge with plenty of space. The outdoor space is nice too. This is probably the best property we have stayed at. The hosts do a fantastic job and are very responsive and helpful.

Exactly as described

The house was as described on the website. The rooms are close together at the end of the hallway, so does lend to a lack of privacy and/or quiet if that is needed. Otherwise, it's extremely comfortable. Kitchen is fantastic! Everything you need and plenty of room. Very comfortable seating area and dining area. Great location if you are visiting the triangle. Also a great location for local grocery shopping if you tend to eat in. We did not explore dining opportunities, but they seemed abundant. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and ease of communication with the owner and manager. We had a few questions a few days into our stay and everything was addressed courteously and immediately. I will definitely stay here again.

Lovely home in a great location

We had a fantastic stay! The house was the perfect size for our family of four. It was extremely neat and clean, and the inside of the home was beautifully decorated. I enjoyed sitting out back on the deck each morning. There were plenty of high quality towels, and extra pillows and blankets. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, bakeware, cooking utensils and dishes. The location was perfect for our visits to Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Water Country USA and Jamestown - a 15 minute drive or less to each! The neighborhood was extremely quiet. We enjoyed movie nights in the evenings using the Smart tv and comfy sectional sofa. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed. Highly recommend this property! Thank you for helping to make our vacation fun and memorable.

The house was an older home, but decorated very nicely and thoughtfully arranged. Spacious, floors refinished, comfortable furniture, large kitchen. It had everything we were looking for, and we enjoyed our stay. Beautiful purple flowers out front. Large back yard. Too bad we couldn't enjoy. The weather was either too hot/humid or rainy. Host responded to any questions we had without delay. We were asked for suggestions, and we have a few. 1. Provide a binder with local information including restaurants, emergency numbers, local attractions and other places of interest, supermarkets, etc. 2. Part of sofa nearest lounger/recliner needs to be addressed. It kept opening by itself. 3. Repair or cover storage chest in living room to prevent further ripping. 4. Is hot tub going to be put to use? 5. Guide or instructions for TV in living room. We had problem, but both Polly and Caleb were most helpful and quick to address our issues.
