Ideal family home

Very clean and well stocked kitchen for cooking. Very nice hot tub and kids loved the ping-pong table. 25 min drive to Mt. Bachelor and ten minute walk to store.

Peaceful retreat with great bikes

Nice home, well set up with a big dining table for meals or playing games. Large deck table for the same. Excellent selection of bikes, we rode all over Sunriver.

Perfect house

Yup. Good stuff.

Often when you walk into a rental, the first impression can be, "Wow! What a nice place." But then as you settle in and start using it, you find all kinds of things that don't work right or are just plain broken. This is not the case with this rental. It is clean, well appointed, well taken care of, and comfortable. They are doing it right. It's like somebody actually cares. Even the ping pong table was in great shape and had a very nice net on it (rare). One very minor complaint would be (I am super super sensitive to smells and I'm guessing other people might not even notice) is that when we walked in there was a slight artificial sweetness in the air. I don't know if any carpet freshener is/was used or if it was something in the laundry room. It was very slight and no big deal, but would have been better without the slight sweetness especially since this house has no odors to cover up.Also, the checkout time of 10am is a bit too early for me and my friends, but I'm sure fine for many people. But overall, since we loved the house and had a great time in Sunriver, it's an easy 5 stars!
