The separate bedroom provides privacy for parents or couples, while two twin pull-out sofas give children or additional guests their own sleeping spaces—no fighting over one shared sofa bed!

Wake up to beautiful mountain views, make coffee, check the conditions and decide what kind of Park City day you’re going to have.

Close to Red Pine Gondola Lift

Great for 2 people. Bed is comfortable and the pillows give great head/neck support. Nice little kitchen. Pocket doors are great to close off the bedroom from the kitchen. On the 4th floor you can get a locker to keep your gear and boots in(you have access to them from 8am to 6pm). On the 6th floor you can drop off your skies and poles for them to store. You can go online to let them know what time you want them and where you want to pick them up, which is very convenient.

Great location and responsive owner, but very cramped and we had issues with the building

First, the host/owner is very responsive, and the staff at the resort is very nice. The location is very good and close to the lift. But we expected a bit more for the money that we paid. The room is tiny. It is barely big enough for two people, much less a family. We made it work, but it was very, very cramped. The room is missing very obvious things like coat hangers, which made it even more cluttered when ski coats had to be piled up in a corner. The King bed is comfortable, but the lights shining up from the outdoor pool directly into the room make the room very bright at night. Another major issue was the water. There was hardly any water pressure some days, and on the last day we had no hot water at all. It was 1 degree outside, and there was no hot water. This is not the fault of the owner, as it was a building-wide issue, but we expected more for the money that we paid (over 700 per night).

Hi Jeannie, I was disheartened to review the comments you left as I found them entirely incorrect primarily the fact that you did not pay $700 a night you paid 2100 for four nights over the Christmas and New Year’s holiday which was a really good deal that I offered you. Because these are the smaller one-bedroom units, they are absolutely ideal for two people or a young family with smaller children that can share a pull out. The pictures and descriptions are all accurate. For families I always recommend the full one bedroom with full kitchen, living area and second sleeping area , balcony and fireplace/ but given budget considerations most families decide to take the smaller unit and spend their vacation dollars elsewhere given the beds are comfortable and the units offer everything they need. The unit also is fully complete with clothes hangers, and as suggested and advised to you in my welcome message, we always recommend our guests take care of the complementary ski lockers during their stay so not only do you save on space in the unit, but it helps you get onto the slopes earlier in your day.

Was not as we planned

The resort sounded great when we booked. Plenty of amenities, easy shuttle to local areas, great restaurants, award winning spa, in-resort rentals etc. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case, the restaurants were all completely booked with reservations before we arrived or even planned our visit. The ski rentals were also completely booked for the duration of our stay. Spa day? Nope, also booked for the entire week. The shuttle was an hour to hour and half wait at dinner time each evening so we had to Uber everywhere just to find something to do. Which was expensive and almost impossible to get. Not what we were hoping for, or what was in the description. Other than everything being over booked, it was clean, and the people were friendly.

A Little About Your Host

I’m a television and film writer, storyteller, and lifelong traveler who believes that where you stay is an important part of the story of any great trip.

I’ve been fortunate to travel the world and experience some truly wonderful hotels, resorts, villas and vacation homes along the way. Those experiences taught me that five-star hospitality isn’t simply about luxury—it’s about thoughtfulness. A beautiful space matters, but so do the comfortable mattress, great linens, quality products, a well-stocked kitchen and all those little details that make you feel someone actually thought about you before you arrived.

That philosophy is what I bring to hosting.

I want my guests to walk through the door, exhale, and think, “This is going to be a great vacation.”

As a writer, I’m naturally a little obsessed with setting—and Park City is one of my favorites. There is something magical about waking up in the mountains, skiing out for the day, coming home to a steam, and then heading downstairs for dinner or into the Village. And in summer, the same mountain becomes an entirely different adventure.

I’ve tried to create the kind of place I would be delighted to discover on my own travels: beautiful, comfortable, thoughtfully stocked and just a little indulgent.

I hope you enjoy it as much as my family and I do.

Welcome to Park City—and make yourself at home. 🏔️

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Location, location! Truly in all season resort for all generations with the most amenities offered for the most complete curated Guest experience.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

What Makes Our Property Stand Out

After more than 10 years as an owner-operator of luxury ski vacation properties, I’ve learned that the difference between a nice rental and a fantastic vacation is rarely one big thing—it’s a hundred little things done right.

Our villa gives you something increasingly hard to find: the privacy and personality of a personally owned mountain home with the services and amenities of a full-service resort.

We remodeled the villa in 2024 and chose the furnishings, mattresses, rugs, amenities and products with our guests’ comfort in mind. This isn’t an anonymous investment property furnished from a checklist. It’s a home we actually care about.

Then there’s the location.

🎿 Ski from Canyons Village at Park City Mountain
⛳️ Walk out to golf and four-season mountain recreation
🏔️ Beautiful mountain views
🧖 Your own private steam room
🛎️ 24-hour resort lobby staff
🎿 Complimentary ski valet and storage
🏊 Pools, spa and recreation
🥩🍷 Dining without leaving the resort
🎶 Walk to Canyons Village events and summer concerts
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Two separate twin pull-out sofas, giving a family of four more comfortable and flexible sleeping arrangements

Most importantly, you are renting from an experienced owner, not simply booking a room.

I’ve spent more than a decade creating luxury ski experiences and traveling the world learning what makes a stay memorable. I know what I want when I arrive on vacation: a beautiful setting, an immaculate home, a great bed, thoughtful amenities and as few hassles as possible.

That’s the experience I want to give you.

Come for Park City. Stay like you own a little piece of it.
