Take in the stunning unobstructed water views as you sip your morning coffee from the spacious third-story balcony. Walk across the street to the cozy beach area (shared with PIER 290 restaurant) to enjoy a craft cocktail while the kids play. Indulge in a gourmet meal before you head in for the night. Have a boat you would like to bring along? Consider Gage Marine's unrivaled valet service to take care of the leg work for you - All you have to do is walk down to the water and jump on board.

The home itself could not be better equipped for long-term stays and entertaining. The lower level consists of two built-in bunks, a lounge area, and a full bathroom - the perfect spot for kids and grandkids. On the main floor, three bedrooms, each with their own attached bathroom, provide secluded sleeping options for guests. The third level boasts a beautiful and bright open-concept living/dining area that looks like something out of a magazine. A half bath and office or extra bedroom can also be found on the third level. Incredible sunrise views await as you open the accordion doors and let the summer breeze fill the room. Family get away

We had a wonderful stay… my husband and I and our two adult children. The home is lovely and we had a very comfortable stay. We would definitely return for another visit!

The house is beautiful, and the location is perfect—right by Pier 290. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the open-concept layout is wonderful for families. The views are amazing from every angle.Unfortunately, the beds and pillows were a major issue. The mattresses felt cheap and were very squeaky, and the pillows were somehow both lumpy and flat—sleeping on them felt like resting your head on a cutting board wrapped in a thin sheet. Because of this, we ended up checking out a night early; we simply couldn’t tolerate another night’s sleep.We had a great time overall, but the beds and pillows were far below an acceptable level and significantly impacted our stay.

Amazing views, perfect location

6 college friends up for a few days to getaway and catch up. Great property 200 ft from everything that Pier290 has to offer! Three separate floors separate sleeping from living quarters. This property must have been recently renovated as it’s in great condition! The top floor includes living, dining and kitchen as well as a huge covered balcony with an additional dining table and outdoor couch. This probably has every we needed for an amazing getaway!

Golf weekend for guys

The property is as described in the listing and comfortably handled our group of 8 golfers with no problems. Our only complaint was that the tv's are smart tv's and did not have access to local channels (wanted to watch football both nights) we were able to work around that issue and it was not enough of a problem to change our 5 star review.
