Welcome to my 6 Bedroom Villa! Named Marco Polo it will offer a full vacation experience to you in the Mediterranean environment. The property is consist of Villa, big and secured garden and backyard where is private pool situated. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space, which is located in a quiet neighborhood and it is a great place for families or group of friends. Welcome and feel like in your home.
Our Villa is designed so that even if you come in large groups, you have the opportunity to isolate yourself because property is very big and each of the floors has everything you need for full privacy.
Exterior of my place is consist of a spacious yard, and it is up to you to decide whether to spend summer days by the pool or on one of our terraces. We have paid special attention to the fact that olive trees, figs, as well as other greenery give you a feeling of coziness and security.
The Villa itself ( interior ) is consist of:
- 6 Bedrooms which are equipped with Queen or King Size Beds;
- 3 Living Rooms;
- 3 Kitchens;
- Each of the floors have own Patio and Balcony.
We want our place to be your home away from home, and that in the days when you decide not to go on trips to Budva and Montenegro, you have the complete content, for an unforgettable vacation.
If you need assist with organization of transfer or rent a car please text us, we will try to find a best deals for you.
Please note that city taxes (1EUR per person per night) are not included in the accommodation price.
Also please have on your mind that:
- The grocery stores and supermarkets are closed on Sundays.
- The house itself is located on an elevated place and that it is more accessible if you come by car or rent it. You can also contact us if you want to rent a car.
If group is larger than 15 People please send us request.

Villa is located in a quiet part of Budva, and yet is easily accessible when you come by car. It is located near Aqua Park. You can directly reach most famous beaches in Montenegro Jaz, Ploce and Trsteno. Also in only 5 minutes of drive you will reach center of Budva. Tivat and Kotor are 30 minutes of drive. Big Supermarket is located "downhill" only few minutes of drive. In vicinity you can find bakery, restaurant, petrol station etc...
