- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.


PARKING
You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.


PANORAMA TRANSPORTATION
The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.


CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

James Chabot Beach: Enjoy the convenience of beach access, where you’ll find plenty of picnic tables for eating with the family, shallow water, making it perfect for swimming with the kids and ample space to launch a kayak or stand-up paddle board.

Radium Hot Springs: Take a dip in the hot springs and relax while soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling brand new. An experience you won’t want to miss.

The Whiteway: A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records.

Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning this summer at our town’s local market.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although two (x2) pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Nice place, good location. Kitchen has most items you would need but didnt have things like coffee filters. Luckily a grocery store is near. We have stayed in other places in this condo which are better set up for hosting but overall this is a nice spot.

The condo was exactly what we were hoping for. Well stocked, comfortable and clean (although some wear and tear noted due to age, but nothing significant). The check in and check out process was very easy, and the use of the underground parking space super convenient. The building itself was busy, but we didn’t have any issues with noise. The pool and hot tub were a bonus, although the gym was small with old equipment (the treadmill didn’t work at all). Overall we loved the location and would definitely recommend this condo for a week in Invermere.

This unit is in a great location in Invermere and the condo is nicely laid out, very clean and quiet. We would have given this 5 stars, but unfortunately the AC was not working when we arrived. We had contacted the host and they had brought a couple of fans for us on our second day, but they didn’t provide much relief from the 30 plus degree days we were staying there. Fortunately, we were only staying two nights, so we just took cold showers before bed. They did end up providing some monetary compensation after we asked. I would stay here again, but would confirm with them before arriving that the AC is working.

We had a great time, Lake Windermere Pointe is an awesome base for exploring Invermere and the surrounding area. The unit had everything we needed and our hosts were helpful and easy to work with. Having the pool and hot tub was nice for our kids, and James Chabot Beach being so close was perfect. Would happily book again in the future!

Perfect place for a family bonding! Very clean and safe. Comfortable beds and living room with game boards for our family to enjoy. Our unit was equipped with everything we need for our stay, and since it’s mostly swimming over the weekend because there’s the pool, hot tub lake and radium hot spring was a short drive away, I don’t have to worry about bringing home wet clothes because our unit’s equipped with a washer/dryer, very convenient! We also have a designated parking spot. I highly recommend!!

Weekend away

Very nice set up with a view of the courtyard in the heart of invermere unfortunately we were not able to go swimming. Nice unit with a little dust here and there with all the amenities for a family dinner completely. Decor was fabulous

The condo was well stocked with items and clean. We are a family of 5 so utilized all sleeping options. The condo was good size for our family and allowed some quiet time during a busy trip.

Great condo, good facilities, great location

We stayed for three nights over September long weekend and had a great experience. The owners were extremely responsive and the unit was exactly as described. The view was actually better than I was expecting. The bed in the master was very comfortable. If you have kids this building is the place to be. Kids everywhere! Walking to the beach is great. You can also walk to fast food. Kicking horse cafe was beautiful and the coffee and food is great. Our favourite restaurant was the Station. Also right by another nice beach. The inside of the building might be ready for some new carpet and paint but it didn’t bother us. Would stay again!

Lovely property but take the noise complaints seriously

Property itself is nice, we have stayed at Windermere pointe several times and enjoy the facilities. The property wasn’t super clean unfortunately and not well stocked. The reviews I read for noise levels are 100% accurate. From 6.30am to late into the evening the noise from the upstairs unit is enough to ruin the stay. I had read this on previous reviews and wish that I had taken them a little more seriously!

Great vacation

Very spacious condo with lots of seating room. Our family very much enjoyed it. It was clean and all the instructions were very well laid out by the host. Look forward to coming back next summer.
