Our luxurious 1315 square foot two bedroom residence (as pictured, unlike booking through the property with a random unit assignment, the specific residence pictured is the one you will enjoy) will be your convenient year-round base camp for both alpine activity and leisurely living.

The spacious fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need for a cup of coffee in the morning and home cooked meal at the end of the day.

The cozy living room with fireplace and flat screen TV is the perfect spot to gather after a day of skiing or shopping. Balcony is provided for your enjoyment.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, flat screen tv, large dresser and access to the balcony. Adjacent bathroom offers a stand alone shower and jacuzzi tub.

Second bedroom sleeps up to four with two queen beds, also equipped with gas fireplace, small private balcony and full ensuite bathroom.

The sofa sleeper in the living room rounds out your sleeping accommodations for up to eight.

No need to over pack as your unit has a washer/dryer.

Our guests enjoy the same privileges as all Hyatt guests with services covered by the mandatory resort fee (see below, applicable to both our guests and those who book through Hyatt) including valet and self parking, movie dvd rental, local and national newspapers, incoming/outgoing faxes, premium wireless internet, lobby hydration stations, seasonal shuttle in Canyons Village and ski valet. Please note that this condo is managed by a 3rd party rental management company thus front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance are not provided by Hyatt; instead these services will be provided by Canyons Village Rentals.

Effective with bookings from 10MAY2025 forward: mandatory $40 per night resort fee is INCLUDED at time of booking in your total (no longer paid at time of check-in). This fee is then passed on by us to the resort and covers movie dvd rental, kids' game room, local and national newspapers, incoming/outgoing faxes, premium wireless internet, dry and wet sauna, fitness center access, year round heated pool access, lobby hydration stations, complimentary shuttle in Canyons Village and ski valet.

Parking: Valet or self-parking for one car in heated underground community garage. The charge for valet parking is $40 per night, self-parking is $30 per night.

***Long term (28 night or longer) stays are only accepted April through November.
