The Bistro suite is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

There are 3 suites at this location so be sure to check out all of them. If you have a larger gathering, rent multiple suites or the entire building!

Suite has access to both an outdoor balcony to enjoy the scenery and a downstairs patio if you prefer. You will love sitting on the balcony, relaxing, people watching, and enjoying the view.

Cleanliness standards are a top priority;
After each guest stay all sheets, pillow cases, and blankets are replaced with freshly washed linens, and all linens are machine washed with bleach.
All surfaces are washed and wiped down with disinfectant.
All bathrooms are hand washed including showers, shower walls, shower floors, shower doors, mirrors, sinks, etc. Toilets are scrubbed and the base and toilet bowls are hand washed.

My wife and I stayed for a 4 day weekend in mid September 2025. This 2nd floor unit is in a great location and just a block or two from the beach in downtown Lake Geneva. I am giving this a 5 out of 5 rating on everything. The unit was perfect for us and extremely clean. It has a great balcony that we sat out on at night and enjoyed an adult beverage. The host was great and very responsive, he followed up with us after checking in to make sure everything was going well. I absolutely am going to rebook this next time I go to Lake Geneva. 5 stars out of 5 on everything!

Great stay!

Such a quirky, lovely place. Location is the best. Private balcony a delight. Loved having a breakfast place right downstairs. Also loved having a parking spot, ice maker, and coffee pot. Bring your own coffee. Keypad entry easy, communication great. Hope to stay again!

We have stayed in the Bistro Suite at the Ole Bistro Inn numerous times - it is our go-to place to stay when we are in Lake Geneva. The location downtown is great and the suite is perfect for a long weekend getaway.

Bistro suite

This place was in the best location to walk to the places we wanted to go. The restaurants we went to were wonderful. Highly recommend Oakfire pizza and eating in a barrel at Magpies Dens & Pens. Highly recommend Lake Aire restaurant for breakfast. The Bistro suite was a perfect romantic getaway. Nicholas was prompt when we reached out to him to let him know the fireplace was not working. It was fixed in minutes--thank you again for that! We were able to walk to the lake and watch the ice fishing and walk upon the lake as well. It was spectacular. Highly recommend this place!

Great property

Perfect for a couple. Can’t beat the location. Suite was extremely nice. Bedroom is one of the best we have had. It was pretty quiet during the winter, but would be right in the action in the summer. Plan accordingly. Host was excellent. Wireless is adequate for recreational purposes, but may not support a heavy workload consistently. This property exceeds expectations in every other way. Very romantically decorated in a tasteful way. Will enthusiastically go back again for a winter getaway.

Anniversary Get Away

This place was perfect for our get away. We were close enough to walk to the restaurants or to go shopping. It had everything you'd need to make your own meal. Piggly Wiggly was about a mile away to get groceries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here

Unique Fun Atmosphere

Bistro suite was such a unique and cool atmosphere! We decided to book this because of all the fantastic reviews and thought “why not?” Everything was as expected. Great location, quiet, clean, roomy. Host Nicholas was responsive and gave us helpful recommendations with the check in info. We would recommend staying here.

Best location ever......

The Bistro was the perfect place. It was really so cozy and comfortable. Perfect location!!!! We never even moved our car once we arrived because we could walk everywhere. The balcony was great to sit and read, sip on a glass of wine, or drink your morning coffee. Nicholas was super responsive when needed. We would definitely go back. Don't pass this place by.

Unique accommodation. Fabulous location.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Old Bistro Inn. It was comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect. We really enjoyed walking the lake path and got to see fabulous homes and beautiful scenery. We also took in the Dancing Horses show nearby to our delight. An all around great stay.

This suite is 1 of 3 private suites located in the best location possible in the city of Lake Geneva. It's 1 block from the lake and downtown. My guests can book their own private suite, or all 3 suites and have the building to themselves.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Even though it's a block from everything, it's actually it's own little quite space because it's setback just slightly from the road and a block from the main street so you don't hear the hustle and bustle happening just a block away. The balcony on the upper suites can not be beat. It's the little things in life. Like just sitting there having a relaxing moment. These are the moments that become so meaningful and that you remember. It's just such an amazing place.
