License # 011332 Four Friends' Cabin is a work of the heart. God led four friends to buy this cabin during December 2020. It just happened! Now we want to share our blessing with you so it can be your home away from home too!
The inside has been totally renovated, fresh paint throughout, brand new furniture throughout, brand new bedding, mattresses, new floors in bathrooms and bedrooms on main and upper floor. The master has a king log bed, The main floor has a queen bed. The downstairs is an unfinished basement but clean, every inch freshly painted and provides extra space for overflow sleeping in the Cubs' Den. The Cubs' Den has two double beds within. (See pics) The basement also provides ping pong and a separate hang out space for the kids or even another family unit. It's NOT finished, but it's on the way. We have a smart TV in the main room and one with ROKU in the "Cubs' Den" downstairs. We have free wifi for all and plan to set up a projector downstairs in our next visit.
We are near just about everything you can imagine! Love our location, it's the perfect hub! We are in north GA, almost 2 hours north of Atlanta. We are 20-35 minutes to Helen, GA, Murphy NC, Blue Ridge, GA and Tennessee. Smack dab in the middle of everything. You feel like you're in the mountains on our block, but only about 10 miles to downtown convenience; Walmart, Ingles, Home Depot and only 2 miles from Lake Nottely if you love the water in the summer like we do!
There's local hiking on the Appalachian Trail, Vogal State Park, nearby waterfalls; Helton Creek Falls and DeSoto Falls, zip lines in both Blue Ridge and Helen, GA, fly fishing, trout fishing, and water tubing/rafting on The Toccoma River from our cabin. There's Rollin Thunder River Company Ocoee Rafting and Toccoa River Tubing to choose from, let us know which is best, we've yet to go! There's even Lasso the Moon Alpaca Farm, Cabbage Patch Doll General Hospital, helicopter rides and a Casino not far away if you have a traveler that wants to do more than just hiking with you! If you look through the woods in the backyard, you can almost see the semi private Old Union Golf course, so bring your clubs if you are a golfer.

The cabin was perfect for our family getaway. It was comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. The ping pong table was perfect for my teens and the hot tub topped it all off! Thank you Four Friends!

Great place, everything was as advertised. Excellent communication from the host throughout the trip. Convenient location close enough to town to get what you forgot, but secluded enough to just sit and relax in peace. Cabin had great amenities, all beds were comfortable and everything worked as expected. Great stay making memories. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Very nicely furnished, comfortable, and well-supplied (even had toothpicks!). Conveniently located as compared to many cabins in these mountains which can be quite a drive from local towns; beautiful golf facility nearby. Gas log fireplace is of the ventless variety which we do not use.

Four Friends Cabin owners have provided every thing you could possibly want in a rental. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, wonderful porch with rocking chairs and views of the sunset. All furniture was new. Will definitely rent again.

Relaxing Get Away

Loved the cabin!!! Was a nice a peaceful week for us. Hot Tub was a nice way to relax after a busy day and the kids LOVED the ping pong table. Would definitely book this cabin again!!!

Perfect Rest and Relaxation

We spent 2 lively, quiet weeks in the fabulous cabin. We saw a bear, many deer, turkeys, a red-tail hawk and groundhogs. The beds were great, the towels fluffy and the porch view complete with sunset - remarkable!

Magical

Magical cabin to stay with family during the winter. We played games nightly, enjoyed sunrises off the back porch, and relaxed in the hot tub in the evenings.

A Christmas to Remember

I do not have the words to describe our experience staying a four friends cabin ! It was awesome, incredible and soo much more than describe. This was great family time I would highly recommend this home away from home to one and all.

Four Friends Cabin

Wonderful Property. Very relaxing stay, close to everything yet private. We were visited daily by 4-8 deer and had beautiful sunsets every evening . Cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. When we had questions they were answered immediately. Highly recommend . We will definitely be back.

Four Friends' Cabin A+++++

The cabin was AMAZING! We are travel agents and our family of 5 travels A LOT! We’ve stayed in numerous resorts, cabins, house rentals, etc and this is bar far one of most favorite! Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the directions for the house were easy to find and follow. Inside the house was great, but the covered deck, view, and hot tub may have been what really stole our hearts! There is so much to do in the surrounding area and the location of the cabin makes it perfect for adventures towards Hiawassee or Blue Ridge & more! The owner was quick to respond to messages, & we really feel like she wanted us to have an amazing time! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay

This was a lovely cabin and stay. Very clean and welcoming. It is a beautiful view from the deck and there is table out there for dining. Really liked the location as it is central to so many things to do. For example, we visited spots in North Carolina and Georgia. The check in and check out was simple. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Relaxing Time In GA Mountains

We really enjoyed our time here. Close to Blairsville, but not too close; great cabin; wonderful owner. The only reason I took it down a star on the listing accuracy is that the view has more trees in it than the picture in the listing. But you can't beat the cool evenings and the comfort of the cabin.

Short but Sweet

The cabin was so inviting and once you enter in, the picture does not do it justice. I wanted to take my 2 teenage boys and a friend of theirs somewhere they would have fun. My room was upstairs, my 15yr old stayed in one room, and my 14year old and his baseball buddy stayed in the basement with double beds. On the other side of that room was the game room. The ping-pong table and the hot tub outside was the hit for the kids. We tried to do s’mores in the front where the fire pit was located, but the fire didn’t stay flamed long, guess the logs were damp, can’t control the weather though. While the boys had their time in the basement, I had mine upstairs for my lil getaway. The view was so relaxing. On that one day it rained, the boys and I went to the movies and then bowling, which was right across from the theater. While the boys made some friends at the basketball court, I went for a run. Oh my goodness, the scenery was amazing! 3 days was not enough time, we didn’t want it to end just yet. We will definitely come back, but next time may just be the mamas, we need a getaway too. 😉

Loved layout and porches. Kitchen fixings all good. Bathroom needed downstairs. Vents on floor are super clogged with dust. Back door doesn't shut unless locked downstairs. A note about how to use fireplace would be helpful. Minimal laundry detergent AND FOUND OUT WE WERE EXPECTED TO do wash OR BE CHARGE $20 A LOAD OVER 3 loads. Had to go to store to buy detergent. Peg on top of screen door handle is loose. Loved table Woodpecker is getting best of trim, there are methods to deter this. Thanks for sharing. Loved the scripture to.

Cozy and inviting!

This is a great cabin in the woods in a rather secluded neighborhood and my family enjoyed some time away for a few days. The kitchen and the entire house was very well stocked and the fire pit and the hottub were both nice ways to spend the cool evenings. Highly recommended!

R&R for all

Great cabin and location. Minutes from downtown Blairsville and yet feels like you're far enough out that you left all the busy stuff behind. We chose to prepare meals at the cabin while enjoying some fresh air. Found everything we needed to prep our meals. Every evening was spent around the outside fire ring. A lot of laughs, stories and bonding. Thanks Four Friends for sharing your cabin with us!

Family wedding

The house was clean, beautiful, nicely done mountain cabin, easy access to grocery stores, restaurants , close to the wedding venue, quiet neighborhood all around just what we were looking for. Communication with property owners was awesome.
