Great location, a great home with a lovely view of the ocean. Check-in and Check-out were smooth and easy. Happy we chose this place.

great North Myrtle location

The unit was very dated and needs lots of updates. One of the twin beds was bad. The kitchen stocked pretty good. The unit needs a deep cleaning. The sofa and love seat need replacing as bottom csuhions would push out. The oven needs replacing and the dishwasher (not always cleaning dishes) The balcony view was great The sliding glass doors are corroded and hard to open and close

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was nice - the kitchen was remodeled and well equipped. All new appliances which were great and loved the countertop. Interior furnishings were very nice but the balcony furniture leaves a lot to be desired. I would highly recommend adding a dehumidifier to the unit. There was mold around the a/c vents and the place smelled musty. Another family member was in a different unit and they had a dehumidifier - it made a huge difference. Overall, a nice unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was filthy, moved the coffee table so it was closer and found chips and toenails under it. The balcony was covered in sand and had to sweep so we could use it. Dishes were still in the dishwasher. I guess the $150 cleaning fee doesn't cover cleaning. The ocean view was obstructed by a plastic screen over the railing which we were very upset about since that's the reason we wanted and ocean front. We've been staying in Arcadian 2 for many years, 3-4 times a year and have never had a problem. This was the first time staying in Arcadian 1. I do like that they have an office on site if there's a problem. To add to it, the AC went out our last two days and were told it would be fixed but that didn't happen, spent the last days sweating. Guess we just got a bad unit.

We apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. We do our best to always earn 5-star reviews, and I hate that we fell short during your vacation. We wish that you would have let someone on staff in the management office know that you found inconsistencies in the cleaning of your unit, and also requested the safety netting that obstructed your view be removed. We would have happily corrected these problems for you. We are onsite 7 days a week to do our best to ensure you enjoy your time away from home. The AC repair tech came out the same day you reported the issue, and we were informed it was fixed, we weren't aware that they needed to come back. Hopefully you will give us another shot to leave a better impression, this time knowing that we are always here to improve and ready to tackle any problems that arise.

Fun Family Vacation Condo!

Centrally located, we had our choice of restaurants to eat at and golf courses to play. This unit is high enough to give an incredible panoramic view of the beach. The condo was comfortable and spacious, did not feel as though it was rented heavily. We look forward to staying here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying in this condo unit in Arcadian One! It was very spacious, and as a family of 3, we had plenty of room to spread out. The decor was very beachy and light, but the condo was still very homey and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the hardwood floors in the unit - they were easy to clean as we obviously would track in sand from the beach. The bathroom vanities looked new and were very nice! The building itself was very nice, and we felt secure in the evenings since there is a security guard in the lobby. We would definitely recommend a stay here to friends and family!

Fun week with grandchildren

Owners left a note which stated they had just bought the property and were fixing it up. It needs it, but it will be a nice place when finished. Arcadian 1, is nicely located with nice amenities. We enjoyed our stay/
