Welcome to Carolina Reef (9th floor) oceanfront penthouse. Perfect corner unit for spectacular views from every window. Relax on the balcony & listen to the waves as you watch sunrises & sunsets each day. Bring your binoculars so can spot dolphins in the daytime or watch the nightime neon glowing off in the distance down the Grand Strandl coastline. Whether you wish to lounge on the beach, relax by the pool, stroll the outlet shopping centers, or enjoy a round of golf, we are sure you will find your stay both relaxing & enjoyable.

This unit includes ceramic tile throughout and a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, appliances, 2 coffee makers, & utensils and dishware for home-cooked meals. Great dining table (seats 4) by the window facing south, for the best evening sunset views. The oceanfront main (Queen) bedroom has sliding door access to the balcony and en-suite bathroom with tub/show combination. The 2nd bedroom (Queen) shares the hall bath (tub/shower combo) and oversized picture window, facing south down the beach.

There is an outdoor pool and kiddy pool on-site for the whole family to enjoy. Enjoy the secure high-speed wireless internet and 55-inch smart TV in the family room! Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Barefoot Landing is less than 5 minutes away and a real crowd-pleaser. Set along the Intracoastal Waterway in beautiful water and nature inspired surroundings with all the fun and excitement of shopping, dining, entertainment & special events for the whole family.
