Luxury Villa in Alicante

My name is Michael Brendel. I was born in Switzerland, am a passionate golfer and your host at Villa Vista.

I have been closely connected with the region around Alicante for decades. The many beautiful beaches and bays, the large selection of golf courses in the vicinity and, above all, the wonderfully pleasant climate all year round, have captivated me since my first visit in 1985. Almost all activities are possible here all year round, because it is not quite as hot as in the south, nowhere near as cold as in the north and not as humid as in the east. The rhythm of life is very relaxed, the quality of life is high and the Mediterranean cuisine leaves nothing to be desired.

But despite all the joy, there was always a small drop of bitterness during my stays. I always looked in vain for luxurious accommodation with modern furnishings and the Swiss standards I was used to at home in terms of equipment. So in 2022, with the construction of Villa Vista, I fulfilled a dream I had had for many years: to enjoy all the advantages of a holiday without having to do without anything.

At first, I underestimated the challenge of such a demanding construction project in Spain. However, I am more than satisfied with the result. The result is probably the most modern villa on the Costa Blanca - centrally located and yet in a wonderfully quiet, secluded setting surrounded by greenery and with a panoramic view of Alicante city, the countryside and the sea.
