Beautiful ski-in/ski-out chalet, located in Oz-en-Oisans ski resort, in the heart of the Alpe d'Huez Grandes Rousses ski area. Located 100m away from the Alpette Gondola which you can reach skiing down the "Chevreuil" run or it's a short 3min walk down the slope. From there, you have access to the entire Alpes d'Huez ski area (Oz, Vaujany, Alpes d'Huez), 250km of runs, one of the largest resorts in the Alps! In 3 lifts, you can be at the top of the Pic Blanc & ski Europe's longest run, La Sarenne. In winter or summer, the resort offers activities for all ages & athletic abilities.

Built in 2009, the property is spread over 4 levels with a total area of 280m² and a land area of 600m² and received the 5-star classification per French hotel standards in 2022. The chalet consists of an open plan kitchen (equipped with new oven and induction cooktop), dining and living area, terrace, 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 4 WC. There is also a sauna and hot tub, heated ski room, and games room complete with ping pong table and a 2nd TV.

There are 4 bedrooms with queen beds (160cm wide), 1 bedroom with two single beds, and 1 bedroom that sleeps four people with a bunk bed and 2 single beds. Sleeping capacity 15. Baby playpen / portable crib and high chair are available for your use.

A two car garage is available for tenants and a fast EV charging plug is available to tenants. 3 additional parking spaces in the driveway.
