Wonderful family resort just minutes from Long Wharf features an indoor/outdoor pool and much, much more. Enjoy all that Newport offers just minutes away on foot.....restaurants, bars, clubs, tennis, beaches and plenty of cobblestone streets are right outside your door. Two bedroom unit sleeps six has a fire pit, gas grills, two large outdoor pools, indoor pool, movie room, etc.... Perfect for the whole family or large groups !
Note : Unit is assigned by management prior to stay. Not all units have a washer and dryer in them. There are laundry facilities on each floor however.

Close to everything - no car needed. Walking and bus does most things. Lovely condo, comfortable, easy. The pool and hot tub are stunning.

Amazing stay!

Bill’s place was absolutely perfect. Very spacious and comfortable rooms and a very quick walk to the harbor, restaurants, and shops in downtown Newport. I’ve stayed at many places in Newport and this location cannot be beat. We look forward to coming back soon and staying here again!

Great Getaway

We had a wonderful long weekend celebrating as a family. The location was perfect, the property was just as described and the amenities were perfect. We were pleasantly surprised to have a three bedroom unit! We will definitely be back to enjoy this property.

Newport Getaway

The property was in a great location and walking distance to the excellent restaurants and shops that Newport has to offer. Also, William was quick to answer any questions I had related to our stay. Only thing I would suggest is updating the listing photos as the ones listed were clearly outdated as the accommodations were much nicer than depicted. Overall great place and would definitely stay again!

Great unit, great location, nice amenities!

We were in Newport for a wedding and wanted to be in walking distance to event and downtown shops and restaurants. The location is perfect, and just enough out of the way to be quiet. Found Belle’s cafe across the street as well as Brick Marketplace so convenient to anything you need to get. Spacious unit so we were not on top of each other.

Great location

My kids are adults so we didn’t participate in resort activities and not having the washer dryer was not a problem. I’d only say if you need a w/d in unit make sure you state that. Otherwise great location for walking in town, comfy beds.

All excellent. One note: could maybe use more bath towels. After a couple days used pool towels for showers. Not a big deal tho. Property mgr Bill Maud was very helpful and always responded quickly. Lady at check in was very nice and helpful. Overall - extremely pleased. Thanks!
