Welcome to The Cozy Cove! Come relax in our newly remodeled 100 year old home located on the south shores of Clear Lake, where you can catch a sunrise and a sunset! From our quiet dead end road you'll see ducks and hear the birds as you enjoy your morning cup of coffee and take in the sweeping views of Clear Lake. Make memories cooking in our fully stocked remodeled kitchen with your family and friends and when you are all done savor a glass of wine on the deck next to the gas fire table overlooking the lake. Want a little more adventure? Hit the bike trail steps away, fish off the dock, or cool off with a dip! Clear lake has loads to do!

Clear Lake Ice Fishing

Great home right on Clear Lake was perfect for our ice fishing trip. Great host too. The wife was especially pleased with the well-stocked kitchen.

This place was well equipped and the communication was great !!!

Only thing I would do is trim up some of the branches around the deck. The fishing off the dock and the slide was so much fun. The house had everything we needed and then some and I would stay here again the town was amazing .

We loved the location of the property for gathering with family. The house had all we needed to just enough spending time together. The lake was beautiful even in the freezing temps. The house was clean and communication was easy with the host. We woukd stat again:)

Dream house on the lake

From booking to check out, working with Kathryn and staying at this beautiful property was an exceptional experience. Communication was consistent and the property was exactly as described. Highly recommend booking with Kathryn if you are looking for a relaxing lake house getaway!

Great place!!

Access to the lake in town were great! Had great luck fishing off the dock, and in the boat! I would highly recommend this property! There is a spiral staircase to the second floor, which could be challenging for elderly. Otherwise everything you need is at this property!! we definitely return if ever back in Clear Lake!

Perfect for our annual sister trip!

Growing up, my family spent two weeks every summer at Clear Lake. Six years ago started a new tradition and returned for a 5-7 day summer stay. The property we previously rented was sold and not part of a rental program, so first time at Cozy Cove. Home exactly as described. Lots of bedroom space for all of us, as well as separate areas to lounge on first floor. Was especially pleased with the kitchen: Large and great layout, state-of-the-art appliances, fully appointed with everything we needed, which made meal-making a lot easier and much more fun. Excellent communication with the host; very responsive and nice! Easy check-in / out process. Lastly, the neighborhood was very cool to walk around every morning. Lots of fun nooks to explore. Would highly recommend!

Excellent property on southwest side of Clear Lake

We really enjoyed the whole package this property had to offer. Plenty of sleeping and entertaining room for 10+ people both inside and out. Great views and areas to relax. Kitchen area is fully stocked with cooking equipment and dishes as well a large fridge/freezer. The depth of the water off the large dock area is 3-5 foot range with a couple ladders to easily get in and out. We brought our kayaks to help enjoy the water even more. The property is close to Clear Lake Marina and PM Park where you can rent boats/jet skis as well as enjoy outdoor dining by the lake. Definitely would recommend this place to families or couples looking for a getaway on the water.
