Since purchasing this 1,800 sq ft, 3BR/ 3BA (plus loft) townhome in Avon, we have been working hard to update and create a super fun, comfortable space, perfect for multiple families. There are two master bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and comfortable king size beds, and a third super fun bunk room with 4 twin beds and a great entertainment loft! Top off the comfortable sleeping spaces with two outdoor balconies, an open concept kitchen, living and dining room that has been fully stocked for cooking AND entertaining! You’ll come wanting to hit up all the restaurants and bars, but end up staying in your vacation townhome cooking and entertaining like we do!

We chose this townhome because of the short walk to restaurants and shopping in the cute town of Avon. But, if you want to check out the rest of the mountain towns, take the complimentary Avon bus shuttle to Vail and Beaver Creek by accessing the bus stop just a 2-minute walk away. Coming to ski or hike Beaver Creek and don’t want to take the bus? You’re a 7-minute walk to the Beaver Creek Riverfront Gondola at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa. The Avon Performance Pavilion, just 0.3 miles away, hosts loads of free concerts, festivals, and art exhibitions year-round. For nearby outdoor enjoyment, Nottingham Lake offers swimming, paddle boarding, fishing, boating, volleyball and a walking path.

The master has a Peloton Bike if you're looking for a challenging workout at home. Guests are also encouraged to take advantage of Avon Recreation Center's (located right across the street!) fantastic pool complex, featuring a 25-yard lap pool, lazy river, 140-foot water slide, aquaclimb climbing wall, diving well and a separate zero-entry pool for kids complete with fountains. The state-of-the-art fitness center offers both cardio and weight equipment, as well as scheduled fitness classes when the urge to work out strikes. After a day of enjoying all the resort has to offer or exploring the area, unwinding in the steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi is sure to ease your tired muscles.

As if this wasn’t enough – we also offer free wi-fi and lots of fun games to kick off your game night. Additionally, we hope to make your stay totally turn-key with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash in eco-friendly shower dispensers, linens/towels (and bonus… on those cold days – let our built in towel warmers warm up those towels for you!) We have a full-size washer and dryer and will make the whole stay keyless so you only have to focus on fun!


LIVING AREA/ DINING AREA
Relax on the large down sofa, CB2 rocking chair or cozy leather club chair. TV, Sound Bar, Gas fireplace, bar cart.
The dining table seats 6 in comfortable leather sled-base chairs and can extend to 8. Remote control candles. Seat another four at unique cow-hide barstools at the kitchen bar/ counter area.

KITCHEN
Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, French-door refrigerator, pull-out trash and recycling, custom copper sink, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster oven, kid’s dishes and cups, bakeware, Dutch oven, serving platters, crock pot, food storage containers and even a salad spinner!

BEDROOMS
Spacious entry floor master with king bed (Sterns & Foster), en-suite bathroom, baseboard heating, walk-in closet, LCD TV, and a desk for remote work.
Main floor bunk room has two sets of bunk beds and a pocket door into the bathroom. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway for guests. The top bunks are each fitted with a power outlet, LED light and tray for books, phones or a cup of water. The kids will love spending time in the entertainment loft which has an L-shaped couch, two beanbags and a 42” LCD TV.
The top floor master has a king bed, vaulted ceiling with fan, master bath with double vanity, black out shades, walk-in closet, LCD TV, Peloton Bike and a private balcony with rocking chairs.

Parking is provided for two cars (one in the garage and one in the driveway)
