Upon entering the newly renovated home, you are greeted with an open-concept living area with an oversized sectional sofa, a beautiful decorative fireplace, and a 65-inch smart tv. The open kitchen area has new appliances, a dual pod/drip coffee pot, beverage refrigerator, and plenty of counter space on the oversized island with a prep sink, and seating for 4. The dining area seats 6 at the unique corner table. From the kitchen, you can access the laundry room with a washer/dryer, half bath, and access to the screened-in porch. From the living area, you have access to the shaded, screened-in porch.

The split bedroom concept offers privacy and space for all guests. The private master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 48-inch smart tv. The en-suite bath offers a large garden tub, standing shower, and double vanity. After a long day in the sun, this is the perfect place to retreat and relax. On the other side of the home, you will find 3 guest bedrooms and a guest bath. The first two guest bedrooms both have comfortable queen-sized beds and 42-inch smart TVs. The third guest bedroom offers two sets of twin over full bunk beds. The guest bath has a shower/tub combo and single vanity.

The beautifully landscaped fenced-in backyard will allow the kids and the furry friends plenty of room to run and play. After a long day at the beach, you can easily rinse off in the outdoor shower and kick back on the screened-in porch with your favorite beverage while grilling the catch of the day. The amazing porch is fully furnished and has a dining table seating 7. This home is set up for the perfect beach vacation, with tons of extras! Redneck golf, ring toss games, bocce ball, giant Jenga, beach chairs, an umbrella, beach cart, and canopy for your use! (Beach chairs, gear etc. are not guaranteed as items come and go throughout the year.)

This home is pet-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs. If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $140 will be added to your reservation after you book.

When you are ready to venture out, visit nearby Port St. Joe for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Downtown offers cute shops along Reid Avenue, many restaurants, and grocery stores. Don't forget to check out the historical Lighthouse and Sea Turtle Museum. We love our sea turtles! For an adventure, take a ride to Cape San Blas and visit St. Joseph Peninsula State Park for access to the beach and the bay. It offers natural hiking trails, miles of untouched beaches, and access to launch kayaks or paddle boards. For an amazing experience, you can horseback ride on the beach from Salinas Park. If you are interested in wildlife and natural beauty, plan a trip over to St. Vincent Island by ferry boat for the day. Hike around the island and explore our native wildlife and foliage. About 35 miles away is the historical fishing community of Apalachicola. It's perfect for a day trip to do a little shopping, stroll along the Apalachicola River or grab some of the best seafood around! You won't be disappointed! There are so many options to do without crowds or traffic!

This home comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener.

Some of our properties typically have beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) on site. However, there is no guarantee as these items tend to come and go throughout the year.

Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.

A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.

Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.

Our beautiful area has been under reconstruction since Hurricane Michael in 2018. We have come a long way since then, but there is still a considerable amount of new construction going on in the area. While we strive to give you an accurate representation in our photos, we cannot guarantee that new construction near your rental hasn't begun since our photos were taken.
