Our family of 6 adults and one infant stayed comfortably for 2 weeks in this spacious house. The owner has thought of many ways to treat her guest’s needs. The pool area with several seating options, beach chairs, water toys, golf cart, kitchen small appliances (air fryer, crock pot, blender, multiple coffee makers….) comfortable beds and more, were greatly appreciated. There were a few small issues that the owner was very responsive to. This is our 7th stay on the Omni Property, our first stay in a house of which we enjoyed the pool and the privacy!

This was an absolutely beautiful property. Cleanliness is a very big deal for me when booking a property and my family and I were very impressed. We loved the outdoor space and the golf cart was an extra special bonus. The grounds surrounding the property was amazing and we were able to explore easily with the golf cart. We reached out to Alexandria to suggest options for more firewood and she replied within an hour. We had a cool rainy day and took advantage of the indoor fireplace which was also a nice bonus. We would definitely considering returning to this beautiful property again.

This house is a Spanish style hidden gem on the island. The owner's were so accommodating and communicative, which made our stay stress free! Could not have asked for a more beautiful place to stay for my wedding week!

Absolutely stunning property! Beyond our expectations! Every possible thing you could want or need. The decor is luxurious but welcoming, the yard is a literal outdoor playground, absolutely gorgeous landscaping. The entire property is exactly as depicted and the location is perfect! Amelia Palms is exceptional and communication with host was very helpful. The pictures do not do this property justice. It has so many extras and the home is so beautiful inside and out. Our grandkids loved morning rides on the golf cart and swimming in the pool. Well stocked kitchen to include coffee bar.We will definitely return to Amelia Palms.

We had a great stay at this vacation rental in Amelia Island! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The pool and golf cart were awesome extras that really added to the experience. We had a minor issue with the pool during our stay, but the owner was incredibly responsive and had it resolved within an hour. Great location, great communication. we’d definitely book again!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this location. We had my kids as well as my mother and father and we all enjoyed the house. Everything was clean and it was stocked with everything you’d need from kitchen supplies to pool toys and beach chairs. It was perfect. Check in and check out was easy and we will definitely plan another trip back.

Our stay was actually from October 11 through the 17th. First, the communication with our host, Alexandria, was beyond excellent. She was able to help us through a few hiccups with our stay. I would’ve rated a five except the pool heater took two days to get fixed. The property is in a great location and is very private. It just needs a little tender love and care. Having a golf cart and all extras like bikes, Beach chairs, etc, makes it all worthwhile. My family and I definitely would stay here again, Alexandria, for all of your assistance.

Hi Michael - Thank you so much for the thoughtful review and for the kind words about our communication. I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience with the pool heater. The two-day delay was due to the Monday (10/13) holiday, which limited service availability. To move things along faster, we switched to a different heater company that could expedite the repair, and we also extended your stay by an extra day (Free of charge) to make up for the downtime. I’m glad the location, privacy, golf cart, bikes, and beach gear added to your stay. Thank you for choosing Amelia Palms!

Was a great stay. Weather wasn't as warm as we had hoped so didn't utilize the pool. Kids enjoyed spa. Having a golf cart to travel the neighborhood was great. House is great.

Best Family Holiday Location

We were truly blessed to find this property to spend our holidays together. Plenty of activities for the whole family and space to relax. If you are looking for a peaceful, comfortable, fun atmosphere to reconnect this is the place you want to rent!
