Maison individuelle de bon standing située sur une propriété au calme, au milieu d'un vignoble que la propriétaire exploite personnellement en agriculture biologique, 3 terrasses dont une couverte et 2 ombragées avec salon de jardin, piscine (10x5x1.80 de profondeur) sécurisée par alarme, barbecue + plancha au gaz et un four à pizza, terrain de pétanque La proximité des plages du Golfe de Saint-Tropez mais aussi des collines boisées font le charme de l'endroit. Rez-de-chaussée : grand hall d'entrée, wc, cuisine bien aménagée ouverte sur salle à manger salon avec canapés, une chambre avec un lit double en 160x200 avec sa salle d'eau, une chambre avec un lit double en 140x190, une chambre avec un lit double en 140x190 avec sa salle d'eau , un cellier, salle de bains avec baignoire douche et wc, en mezzanine une chambre avec un lit double en 160x200 et un lit simple en 0.90x190. Draps + linge de maison fournis gratuitement.
