A Block from the Beach!

* Please read all information before requesting to book!

Walking distance to Third St and Lake Superior! The bike path is right out your front door! The location doesn't get any better. This home is located on the east side of Marquette. The kitchen/dining area has an open floor plan with a modern gas fireplace and a large dining table. Glass doors go out to the patio where there is outdoor dining and a gas grill and a large back yard. The cozy front room allows for a spot to get away. End the evening in the sauna!

Please inquire if you need additional parking for more than 2 cars or for a trailer.

Please ask if you have any questions or special requests. Our high season rental rates include minimum night stays, dependent on availability.

*3-4 night minimum stay required. Holiday weekends require 4 nights. Currently taking reservations for Summer 2026 for 4+ nights.

We had a great time at this home. Location is great. Beds are very comfortable with nice bedding. Was the perfect amount of space and a nice size kitchen well stocked so we didn't have to eat out all the time. Will definitely be back !

Family visit.

We had family from PA, WI, MN and MI up to Marquette to visit. Great weekend. Home is very spacious and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again.

The property was exactly like the pictures. I will say one of the bedrooms is upstairs so not on the main floor with the others. This wasn’t an issue for us just something to note. The property was truly in a great location. Super short walk to the beach and the bike rental shop. We were able to walk down to lower harbor within 20 minutes to see the fireworks. The backyard was great for grilling and offered plenty of seating for our group. This was a reunion trip for old college friends and it was so special to all be together back in Marquette. We will definitely stay here again!

Winter weekend

Loved our stay! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect- short walk to the beach and to downtown. Laura is a wonderful host! We can't wait to come back in the summer! :)

Beautiful home in an ideal location

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house has had some wonderful renovations that make it very comfortable and welcoming. The back yard was the hidden gem of the house, a great spot for coffee or breakfast each morning. The location was pretty ideal, in a beautiful residential neighborhood with Lake Superior literally at the end of the block! Our trip went by too fast, and we would love to come back for another stay soon.

Perfect getaway!

We LOVED the location! Just a walk away from the beach. Close to downtown. It was stocked with everything that you might need. I would recommend this place, to others!

Perfect location!

Great location, so close to the beach. We enjoyed several late night and early morning walks to the beachfront/Lake Superior. Only a few minutes from downtown Marquette. Host was very thoughtful and communicative.

Great stay! The house was nicely outfitted with everything we needed. The spacious open first floor, that opened onto the back patio, was just perfect for us to really enjoy our time together as a family. The house is as described, a block from the beach! There is a great pedestrian path that leads to the downtown are as well.

Great home in a quiet neighborhood

My husband and 19 year old really enjoyed our stay in Marquette. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked and there is a grocery coop at the end of the street that is open everyday. The location was great as well. Half a block from the beach and bike path. Laura, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful.

Comfy Clean Home in a Great Location

The house was super clean, stocked with everything we could have needed and had comfortable bedrooms and living space. Location was perfect in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Being so close to the trail, the beach and a quick bike ride into town was perfect for us.

Great house in perfect location

We loved our stay here. Perfect location, clean, and everything we could have needed. Nice that the Beach and the Lakeshore Depot is right across the street and town is right up the hill. We would love to come back next summer.
