Welcome to “Sea Esta”. A 2/2, Sleeps 6, Luxury Condo with Pool and available Boat Docks. CLOSE to BEACH. Water views from every angle as you watch the sea turtles from the expansive porch. Inside, beautiful island dĂ©cor and comfort abound in this newly decorated unit. Nestled in the Lucaya area of Grand Bahama, white sand beaches, amazing restaurants, activities, and World Class Fishing! PERFECT FOR BOATERS offering QUICK, DIRECT ocean access across from customs and fuel docks.

*High Ceilings and views from every angle. Large windows to keep the unit light and bright and keep the breezes flowing if you choose to open up the windows.
*2 Large Bedrooms.
*The Master has a queen bed, large windows with sea views, PRIVATE bathroom with walk in Rain Shower and a HUGE walk in closet.
*Second Bedroom and bathroom is just as private. Sleeps 4 as it has a Queen bed and a bunk bed plus private bathroom. This bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo.
*Separate large laundry room in your condo with both a washer and dryer.
*Upgraded Kitchen that is fully stocked with all your kitchen essentials including coffee bar, stove, full refrigerator and more. IF we don't have it, you probably don't need it!
* Full Dining Table
*Open and Bright and Comfy Living Area with doors that open to the Covered Porch for ocean Breezes
* We have games, books, and extra blankets for relaxing

Private Entrance with self check-in.

There is an unassigned parking spot if you get a car. The unit is on the second floor, one flight of stairs. No elevator at this time.

Condo was beautiful! Very well stocked. Half of the things that I brought over with me, I can now leave next time we stay. The owner is very responsive and sweet. We had a great time. Dock was perfect for our boat and the pool on site was a bonus. Thanks so much for letting our family stay!

Paradise, come and see

Paradise is an understatement, beautiful views, warm breezes and boat watching. I heard there are turtles but we are here in October and we didn’t see any. Everything is provided for you. Full kitchen, shampoo etc, leave your hairdryer at home. Beach gear, including a cooler, chairs, loungers and this sweet bean bag floating lounger for the pool. We will be back again. Oh and a boat slip to boot. Only negative for me was the lighting in the bathroom. Very dim, thank goodness I brought a lighted mirror. AAA all the way around.

Perfect weekend

The property was beautiful. Amazing location with great views. It’s was extremely clean and came with everything we needed for a great weekend get away. Checking in was a breeze and the property manager was very helpful and responded quickly. Already planning a return!

Lovely stay at Sea Esta, Highly recommended!

We truly enjoyed staying at this wonderful place as our first trip here to the Bahamas! Though the weather wasn't in our favor for some days during our time in winter, we made the most of the sunny ones with time at the beach, scuba diving, and speaking with the lovely locals. This is a very laidback and relaxing community. We also enjoyed great food at Stone Crab, Pisces, and our regular favorite, Margarita Villa Sand Bar, which this place was conveniently close to. We highly recommend any future guests to visit the Lucayan National Park because it is a grand experience to walk through the trail, visit Ben's Cave, and walk by the endless shoreline of Gold Rock Beach. We have very much enjoyed our stay here at Sea Esta with the speculator view to the Marina, the cool ocean breeze, and comfortable accommodations. We look forward to a possible return in the future.

Absolutely impressive!

Absolutely the best of everything right here. Beautiful kitchen and baths and porch and view! Was so happy to find a wonderful stop in lucaya! Our boat was secure at the floating dock and we could relax. The shower in the master bath is phenomenal and we had a great dinner at Pisces. We will keep this property in our memory and try and rent if we are back this way!

Great location, responsive host

We had such an amazing time staying here! The place is very clean with all the amenities and supplies you could possibly need from beach chairs to a cooler. Our host was super accommodating and always responded right away. The location is perfect: right next to Taino Beach club and a short drive to Port Lucaya (you can even take the ferry which leaves from the hotel next to the unit). We loved being right on the water- the sunset and sunrise were absolutely breathtaking. We were traveling with another couple and felt we had all the privacy we could ask for. Would highly recommend staying here. We’ll 10/10 stay again if you’ll have us. Thanks!
