This charming retreat features a phenomenal all in one living/leisure space, 1 king bed, 1 large comfy lounge queen sleeper bed that will accommodate from 1 to 4 guests. The rate is based on up to 4 only. The relaxing barrel chair, Direct TV and kitchen round out this well planned vacation Spot. You will have a full view of the tranquil and beautiful water from any place in the studio. The unbelievable fully equipped kitchen is made up of a full size refrigerator, full size oven/range, microwave, toaster, Kerurig coffee maker, and all the essentials to prepare anything from an appetizer to a gourmet meal. The center Island accommodates 4 persons to gather for enjoying a happy hour, dinner sitting or just playing that special card game. The washer/dryer are in the unit for your personal convenience along with an iron and ironing board. The full bathroom is furnished with lush towels, toiletries and beach towels. Step into a spacious and luxurious walk-in shower after a day of traveling around or from spending a relaxing day at one of the beautiful beaches. Your own private porch is your space to enjoy your morning coffee while you look out at the beautiful quiet blue water or take in the amazing colorful sunset in the evening. Sitting in the gazebo sipping on your cocktail while grilling is another spot to look forward to. The selections of the several amenities is another plus with your getaway stay with us such as a free 34’ floating dock with 30 Amp service for your boat with water hookups on the dock, plus an outdoor shower, BBQ under the gazebo, free WI-FI, Direct TV, your own washer/dryer, Split type AC,and ceiling fan for utmost comfort cooling. For those who like the water sports, explore the canals with the furnished kayaks and paddle board or take the bikes for a ride. We are only 15 minute drive from the airport to the Bahama Reef Section and located at the end of a quiet cul de sac that gives you the privacy as you enter the well lite gated private parking area. This neighborhood is quiet and safe on a beautiful blue canal. We are only a 15 minute walk to the beach or a 5 minute drive by car to the colorful Lucaya Market Place, restaurants, and gift shopping.. While in the area there is a golf course for all those golfers. The Sea Horse Shopping Center is where you will find Solomon’s Grocery Store and a Deli that offers salad fixings and Bahamian dishes for you to takeout. Also in the shopping center is a liquor store to buy your special spirit or even grab a fresh pizza in the center. For all the divers, you can do a dive with a nearby dive boat or do a snorkeling trip on your own at Deadman's Reef at Paradise Island and then treat yourself to a famous conch salad right there. Another day trip is going to Bishop's on the beach at High Rock and order a famous Island meal of Cracked Conch. Oh So Good! Another beach day is going to Banana Bay and walk out in the ocean at low tide. This is a neat experience and then have lunch there. The National Park and the cave system is another interest along with a trip to the brewery for the Island beer, Sands Beer. They have daily tours and even sample the beer. After exploring all these attractions, you will certainly enjoy your return to your own comfortable studio/cottage. Really nice host, everything was exactly as shown and predicted. Swam in the canal, very quiet and peaceful. Easy to get to, close to shops and food. Easy and no surprises. Will stay there again.
