'Neston' est sur 2 acres de propriété, situé dans un quartier très calme et isolé.

Profitez des belles vues de Harrington Sound l'une des plus belles criques aux Bermudes.

Harrington Sound est un magnifique lac intérieur des Bermudes entouré principalement de la paroisse de Hamilton et de la paroisse de Smiths. Il y a une petite entrée étroite qui relie ce lac à l'océan Atlantique, connu sous le nom de l'inlet Flatts.

L'eau de ce lac s'écoule principalement à travers les grottes sous-marines et les passages souterrains. Le son a été nommé d'après Lucy Harrington, une dame de l'époque élisabéthaine qui a beaucoup fait pour la paroisse.

Harrington a beaucoup de petites îles comme l'île Trunk et l'île Rabbit. Certains d'entre eux sont habités tout au long de l'année.

La zone de l'eau est excellente pour des activités comme la natation, la plongée en apnée, le kayak, la planche à voile, etc. Bien qu'il existe de nombreux types de poissons que vous pouvez trouver ici, au fil des ans, la population de coquillages comme les pétoncles ont diminué régulièrement.

Le grand studio vous fait vous sentir chez vous, loin de chez vous. La kitchenette comprend un réfrigérateur, un four micro-ondes, une cafetière, une casserole et des ustensiles. Nettoyage quotidien et service de linge peut être disponible à un prix.

Il y a un grand choix de serviettes pour la plage, la piscine et le bain.

Un lit king-size peut accueillir deux personnes. Le service Internet est GRATUIT afin que vous puissiez rester en contact avec les autres ou votre bureau. Téléviseur à écran plat et téléphone.


'Neston' est à distance de marche de la plage, ou attraper le bus. Il est à environ 5 minutes de deux des meilleures attractions des Bermudes, l'Aquarium et le zoo et la grotte de cristal.

A beautiful stay

The property was clean and very adequate for our time there .Wayne is a lovely host who wholeheartedly shares recommendations, island information and history. We used the shorelink app to ride the buses and ferries, and, the ride app to get a taxi back to the airport. It is about a half mile walk to the bus or market but we enjoyed that. The ambiance was just perfect and I would stay here again.

Idyllic peaceful retreat in beautiful waterside homea

5 nights in this glorious spot and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The owner’s family had a great party to celebrate Good Friday and generously invited to join them for a Bermudian barbecue and a chance to meet some locals too! A fantastic day.We loved using the pool and loungers, and took a kayak across to the little island beach facing us. Decent supermarket and bus routes within 10 minutes walk. We had a brilliant time.

Great Vacation

Wayne's property was the perfect place for our 10 day get away. It was quiet; beautiful view and neighborhood, close to market and bus (which easily allowed us to see the whole island) and a friendly knowledgeable and engaging host. We hope we can stay there again someday. Thanks Wayne!

Best view in Bermuda

My husband and I enjoyed a 4 night stay at this gorgeous property. We were there for a family members wedding and the location was perfect for where the events of the wedding were. My absolute favorite part of this home was the views of Harrington Sound! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool was emaculately maintained. The host Wayne is very friendly, attentive and he did above and beyond to help us out when we tried to get taxis. Bermuda can be a pricey island to visit but this home is fairly priced. My family members who paid a lot more money to stay at a high end resort were jealous of the where we stayed. The view alone is literally a million dollar view. I would come back to this property in a heartbeat.

Waterfront Island Paradise

If I could give 6 stars I would- this is a fantastic setting to enjoy a perfect Bermuda holiday! Right on the water with steps leading down to the most beautiful Bermuda blue waters (with kayaks for use at no extra charge) this was the perfect place for my wife and I to spend her 65th birthday week. Wonderful breezes, beautifully manicured landscaping, with palm trees swaying in the calming salt air, we can’t wait to go back! A nice bonus is that Wayne, the contact for the property, was highly responsive, accommodating, helpful and kind. Communication was excellent and the property was clean, functional and had a tremendous view from the patio. Highly recommend!!

Vacation at Brown Estates - Bermuda

We had a great time. Our apartment was the perfect getaway and we wish we could have stayed longer. The view from the bedroom and porch was awesome. Very peaceful and quiet. Walking distance to grocery store and railroad hiking trails! Wayne Furbert took us into Hamilton upon arrival and showed us around, that was so nice! We were very impressed. We took his Kayaks to a little island with a beach. We like to come back soon.

Beautiful property with great views and relaxing vibe

Wayne, the property owner, was very helpful during the entire process from beginning to end. He greeted us when we arrived. He offered some suggestions for dining and was very accommodating with any questions we may have had. Great location! It was our favorite part of the island. The property is gorgeous. Views spectacular! If you don’t rent a moped or a small electric vehicle (our choice) it’s just a short 5 minute or so walk to the bus stop.

Great place to stay!!

Just to say, it’s not my first time here. There’s a pool to enjoy and lounging chairs by the water. The market place, bus stop and laundry mat is a 10 minute walk from the premises...Mr. Furbert makes sure your stay is a rememberal one and for the price, it’s just right... we will be back again...

We had a great time. Cute little efficiency unit with all necessities close at hand. Pizza shop, grocery and convenience store in walking distance. Scooters or little electric cars recommended, though thebus system is easy to use. Get the Shore link app and the Pink and Blue app for the buses. Loved the patio, pool and views. We had a lovely stay!

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at this location. It is private and peaceful, and as you can see, the views are spectacular. We enjoyed these vistas each morning as we sipped our morning coffee and evenings over dinner as the setting sun morphed the horizon into a kaleidoscope of colors. The host is onsite, friendly, welcoming, and rich in island information. The only thing that might concern some is that if you plan to use the excellent bus and ferry system (a great value that can get you everywhere), the property is about a half-mile walk to the nearest bus stop.

The property is located in one of the most beautiful areas in Bermuda on just under 2 acres. We have had great reviews over the years. The last review was 2011 because someone loved the house so much, that they rented the whole property from April 2011 - March 2013.

Many mornings you can wake up and look at the Ocean - Harrington Sound, which is an inlet in Bermuda, the water is very calm, like glass and crystal clear. You can exercise and walk around the property. It is very peaceful and quiet. You can swim in the pool or off our dock in the ocean.
