Enjoy the best of the east coast at this new 5 bed/4.5 bath, 3200 sq ft, home in the amenity-rich and desirable community of Ocean View Beach Club in Ocean View, DE. This neighborhood is within a bike ride or short drive to downtown Bethany Beach, great restaurants, and shopping. This resort community offers an incredible outdoor pool, clubhouse, workout facility, and multi-sport court. There are plenty of weekly activities and amenities to keep your entire group entertained.
The open concept first-floor living space offers a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals as well as a large dining area with ample seating for the whole group. The large kitchen island is perfect for gathering and also has seating for four people. There is a patio just off the living area, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The backyard provides plenty of space for yard games and backs up to a wooded walk along the canal that is great for exploring.

Primary Bedroom Suite: Includes king-size bed, TV, large walk-in shower, and soaking tub.
Guest Room 2: Queen bed and TV, ensuite Shower Bathroom
Guest Room 3: Queen bed and TV
