New back unit built in 2021. 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. One king size bed, one queen size bed. Large rooftop deck with fire pit. Lynx grill on main level deck with outdoor eating area. Subzero/Wolf appliances. Ocean side of PCH. Walk to both restaurants and the beach. Enjoy the sunsets at Lookout Point and the views from the bluff.

Beautiful property close to everything

Very comfortable, beautiful unit just a few blocks from the beach and within walking distance of all Corona Del Mar has to offer. Very nice owners, too. We highly recommend and hope to visit again.

The entire family really enjoyed staying at this property. The decor is beautiful and welcoming. All the appliances worked perfectly. All furnishings were clean, comfortable, and in great shape. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils and tools. There is a water filter by the kitchen sink which was very useful. The location is steps from the beach and stores/restaurants if traveling on foot in the CDM area. It is also perfectly located for easy access to the PCH for traveling up/down the coast.

Beautiful Condo

This is the second time we stayed here and we all love it. It is very close to the ocean in Corona Del Mar on a quiet street. The owner is very friendly and communicative. I would recommend this property and we will be back to stay again.

Best place in Newport Beach area

Best experience! We had a great time at this property. The accommodations were by far the best that the rental industry has to offer. The owners have thought of everything. There was a crib for our infant, the most comfortable beds and linens for the adults, plenty of towels and chairs for the beach, and the unit is decorated beautifully and fully stocked! We enjoyed the fire pit on the rooftop deck, and talking at night under the heat lamps over the outdoor dining table. I will definitely stay again if in the area!

Great Condo in Great Location

This property is impeccably designed and ideally located in the Village of Corona del Mar. The owner was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating. The condo was very well appointed. All of the furniture and extras are high end. The beds and sheets were very comfortable. Access to the condo was easy and private. We loved the outdoor sitting areas. Our family had a fantastic stay and we appreciated the owner's excellent communication and attention to detail in the condo. We would absolutely stay here again and we highly recommend it.

Exceptional & Immaculate - Exceeded High Expectations

My wife and I stayed here with our 2 children (toddlers) and knew from the moment we arrived at the residence that it would be hard to leave. The pictures are accurate but don't capture the quality and cleanliness of the property, which is on par if not better than the villas at Pelican Hill Resort (and at a fraction of the cost). The host/owner Julie was always available, responsive and friendly; she also accommodated a date change request after we had to change our original flight plan. Also the location is exceptional - 2-3 blocks from "Lookout Point" in CDM, overlooking the inlet and the "wedge" on Balboa Peninsula, at the top of the cliffs of Big CDM beach. We enjoyed the sunset here twice during our stay, and then from the roofdeck of the residence the other nights (which is outfitted with seemingly brand new Restoration Hardware furniture and a gas fire pit). This was our first VRBO rental and it exceeded our expectations, thank you Julie!

Beautiful and modern CDM home

Incredible neighborhood, and even better property. Julie's place is a gem. It's new construction, beautifully decorated and with attention to detail. The neighborhood is truly wonderful to walk around -- just two blocks from the cliffside ocean views and the neighborhood is the most upscale and nicest collection of homes in Newport Beach. Very well-kept unit, and the owners are both accommodating and good at communication. We were the first VRBO guests so there was a little delay w/ check-in, but owners very accommodating and made it right. A+++. Thank you for having us --- recommend it highly. Note, the property is separated on three levels, so ensure that all members are mobile.

We love our "little house by the sea." The weather in Newport Beach is nearly perfect. Our favorite activities here are morning runs on the beach, paddle boarding, touring the Harbor on a duffy boat, and evening sunsets at Lookout Point and Inspiration Point.
