Great location. House had everything you needed. Host was excellent, clean house & the communication was very good. Outside agency handling towels, beach chairs, & umbrella was very good too. Highly recommend this place. Beach view was fantastic. Off street parking was very valuable as parking is tough in Newport Beach. Thanks for a great family week!

Staycation on newport boardwalk

Property was clean and beautiful. Great area on the boardwalk if you want to be close to restaurants/shops without being exposed to everything that comes w that.

Wonderful location! Right on the walking/biking path and a gorgeous view. Parking was great with the garage. This place has NO A/C.We happened to visit during one of the hottest weeks, with 90s heat and humidity.When we arrived, the unit was shut up tight. No windows opened, no fans moving the air, so when we walked in, it felt like an oven had been left at 400 degrees all day!It was miserable, not even the window fans could cool it that night.The front windows, facing the ocean (and SUN)were wonderful for the view, but awful for the heat of the afternoon! No curtains or blinds to block out the heat on the living room windows or huge glass doors. The window fans supplied were FILTHY. Some windows had no screen and couldn't be opened for air flow. My daughter used extra sheets to tape over the front windows so that we could survive the week.We were told not use the second shower for three days because of a plumbing issue. That was a huge inconvenience in that we had four adults needing showers in the extreme weather and only one shower - and that shower had no door for privacy.This unit is a 90's time capsule with some of the weirdest decor I've encountered in this level of VRBO rentals, including an antique trash compactor and fixtures that were probably original to the 1989 build. Definitely needs some updates and new (or dry-cleaned)bedding, the comforter was stained and dirty looking.

Oceanfront views on Balboa Peninsula

We had a wonderful stay. The home was very clean and the views were unbeatable. The location was nice with decent street parking in addition to the garage. We did not park in the garage as it was a tight fit but used it for our rental bikes and surf boards which was handy. It was an easy walk from the home to the pier, some restaurants and the fun zone area. The location on the boardwalk was perfect for walks and biking. The home's decor was pretty dated but we found that was easily overlooked for the view and location.

It was a great place to be on the Fourth of July . Fantastic fireworks show, close to fun zone and restaurants.

Great Family Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is right on the beach. A short walk across the boardwalk is all it takes to get to the sand. The view from the top deck is fantastic. Perfect place to watch all of the Junior Lifeguard Action! The amenities were sufficient for cooking in when needed. Great open area for hanging out with family. The waves at C street can get quite large. Just be aware when swimming with small children. Great location for fun zone, and fairy to Balboa Island. We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, on the beach, near the pier. I would have expected the place to be cleaner, especially during COVID. There was dirt and dust, which could have been prevented by a minor wipe down. Pilot light was out upon arrival, so no hot water for a full day, they said due to a faulty gas valve. I would suggest bringing your own sheets and towels as they are very low grade.

I was able to call Burr White and they quickly found a new rental for me that was fantastic. The staff at Burr White was exceptional. They were professional and efficient, and the property was perfect. Great location on the beach, but within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the harbor etc. The property was immaculate and well stocked with everything we could need. Super comfortable. Skip VRBO and just call Burr White.

Great vacation rental

It was very nice to have a 2 car garage as parking around there is very difficult on weekends. The location is very close to the Ruby's Pier but far enough that we didn't hear any noise at night.
