Enjoy the amenities of home with a reclining sofa and 55 in smart TV. Dine-in with a furnished kitchen and appliances. Sleeping accommodations will allow up to 7 guests in the 5 beds. A washer and dryer are also provided in the house. You'll have a great stay in this comfortable, quiet and relaxing neighborhood of Orangeville. The city park and ball field are just a block away. Pets are allowed but their is an additional $50 pet fee.

We had a great stay. The place was nice enough. There were a few maintenance items that need to be taken care of, due to the age of the home. To paraphrase Stitch, It's a little broken, but still good. Yeah, still good.

Quiet neighborhood and covered parking was nice. Host’s availability was prompt and courteous. Accommodations were clean and comfy. I’d stay again 😊

unfortunately we had to cut our stay short. Did not ask for refund for second night. Accommodations were older but ok. clean and neat/ Beds need to be updated for comfort

Close to boulders!

Right fork was a nice place to stay for my friends and I. The place is at the edge of Orangeville making it convenient to access the boulders at Joe's valley. The host was also very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Family bouldering at Joe’s!

We had a lovely 2-night stay at this cottage that met all of our needs! We also found out that the property manager has a stash of crash pads for guests to borrow! The kitchen was well-stocked (aside from not being big enough for a dish washer). We were warm and cozy. It was challenging to locate

We weren’t at the house only to sleep. Rooms were kinda crowded with beds but it would be great if you have more people. Would stay here again.

Good place for climbers or mountain bikers

This house had everything we needed for mountain biking in the area. The house is clean and set up to accommodate several people in close quarters whose focus is on climbing and sleeping. The house has everything needed for cooking, a good shower and washer/dryer. The neighborhood is a little uneven: some nice houses and some pretty run down places. It met our needs well but may not be right for someone who is looking to spend a lot of time in the home.

Had a great time staying here with some friends to climb over a holiday weekend. Kitchen was well stocked and place was great.
