The cottage was just perfect for our stay in Kirksville. It was in a great neighborhood that was super quiet. We will definitely be staying there again when we visit our daughter.

From the moment you arrive, you are transported in time. This is one of the best cottage experiences I have ever had. I rate it a 10 out of 10 for authentic cottage feel. Owners thought of everything. Would love to have one myself, back in Texas. Owners were gracious to allow us early check-in and late checkout due to our flight. The cottage has easy access to Truman State and ATSU college campuses, we walked and enjoyed our stay in Kirksville so much. That experience all started with the perfect cottage.

Very cute and cozy place! The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet and relaxing. I didn't realize there was not a TV (that was my own fault for assuming) but there is Wi-Fi so I had audio books and Netflix on my phone that worked just the same. I was traveling for work and will definitely stay here again if I am in town.

Wonderful Stay

Charming and convenient cottage with walking distance of Truman university. I stayed here for my medical school graduation and was very pleased. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a darling, cozy, and clean cottage. The grounds around it are very pretty and well kept. We were visiting for Truman State graduation and it was so convenient to be within walking distance of campus and our son’s apartment. I wish we would have found this gem years ago.

We loved this charming little cottage! Remodeled and decorated beautifully. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Kitchen and laundry room are an added convenience in addition to walking distance to Truman State University.

This was an adorable cottage that was decorated lovingly. A relaxing and quiet location close to campus. It was so clean and had all the necessities available. Will stay agin!!

This cozy cottage is lovely! It is peaceful and well decorated with sturdy antiques and thoughtful details. The kitchen and bathroom are small but are perfect for a restful get-away. There is stunning art and a small library with interesting tittles. This was my first stay but I am already planning a return trip.

Cottage was in a good location, clean and comfortable. Kitchen is on the small size, not great for cooking. Comfortable bed and good amenities.

Adorable cottage

The cottage was clean and very quaint. We stayed here for two nights and couldn’t have been more pleased with Lisa’s hospitality. The instructions were clear and the food recommendations were great. The decor was timeless, cozy, and well thought out! We would stay here again!

Absolutely amazing stay in your relaxing, finely appointed cottage

We ( myself and daughter ) having our own place to go nightly after visiting with our son , daughter in law and new grandson ! Perfect location as he is attending medical school nearby as well! Thank you providing us with a home away from home , we will be making future reservations again soon!

This cottage was absolutely perfect! Filled with beautiful vintage items, everything was quaint and adorable (but with all modern amenities!). The hosts were the peak of helpfulness and checking in and checking out were a breeze.

Quaintest Cottage Ever!

This is my favorite place to stay when visiting Kirksville. It is nestled in a quiet/safe neighborhood and walking distance to the Athletic complex on campus. It is so comfortable and relaxing to stay here. It's my last year traveling to watch college soccer; I am really going to miss this place!

This is a very cute place to stay, especially if you love antiques and history. A perfect get away for anyone wanting quiet and, perhaps, reading or study time. There is no TV, and due to the antique decor, I wouldn’t recommend this as a place for kids.

Perfect location and so cozy!

This charming cottage was the perfect place for me to spend a week while visiting my daughter, son-in-law, and grandson. I felt very much at home with everything that I could possibly need or want there for me. Great communication with the host, the listing is absolutely accurate in every way, and this property was better than I could have ever expected
