LAKEFRONT!!! Located at MH12b off Coral Drive, built in 2018....Enjoy fishing right off the deck in this beautiful home on picturesque Magnolia Lake! Or take in the Atlantic view from the top deck! Close to all amenities with beautifully decorated interior furnishings! Located on a quiet dead end street with extra parking on the open lot directly beside of Lakeside Point.

5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths provides ample space for a large family to enjoy a most memorable vacation! Flat screens and extended wifi throughout the home! Also kept in the closet is a pack and play for your littlest travelers.

This house uses keypad door entry for a keyless experience.

PARKING PASS REQUIRED: $10/night/vehicle...$12/night/vehicle if purchased within 10 days of arrival

We enjoyed our stay. Had plenty of room for everyone. Steve was a great host. We enjoyed watching the Clemson outside while grilling out. We were able to check in early with no issues. Everything was great. The only thing the girls wished they had in the bunk room was a fan. We will definitely be staying in their place again.

Great Location but needed some elbow grease and TLC

This house is right on a lake. It's in a quiet area and lots of area for young kids to play. When we first arrived at the house, we noticed sand on the steps up to the house and the deck area. There were cobwebs everywhere and especially by the light by the front door. We had issues with the automatic door lock the whole week we were there. One of the out door fans didn't work either. The return air vent cover was dirty. The counter top wasn't wiped down either The floor needed a good scrub. The kids feet were turning black after their baths on the first night. There were no kids plates or plates as stated. The oven needs to be cleaned and there was a cookie sheet that had old baked on food. So, not sure who cleans the house; but if it's a service--I would definitely recommend finding a different cleaning service. Other than that--love the location.

Gorgeous location

The house is beautifully decorated and was very clean inside. We loved being able to fish right off the lower deck. Would definitely recommend!

Spiders!!!

Overall the inside of the house was great. Very clean and had everything we needed. The issue with this property came with the outside. We were not able to enjoy the lake view or sit on the furniture because there were spiders everywhere. We arrived with the front door and walls of outside covered in spider webs and spiders. I believe they have a spider problem. Moments after getting up from a chair, a web would form. There are spider nests up and down the posts by the lake. I mentioned it to the homeowner and he did try to get a cleaning company to come spray down the house but a day later the spiders were back. The homeowner was very communicative until I indicated I reached out to vrbo. I wanted some kind of refund due to us paying a higher cost to be on lakefront and to have a nice sitting area outside and not being able to enjoy. Once I indicated that, I never heard from homeowner again. The ceiling fans didn’t work and didn’t get fixed before we left. Overall if your ok with spiders this is a good house to stay. Needless to say we would not rent this house again. We have stayed on lakefront property over the last 5 years at OceanLakes Camprground and have never experienced a house this bad.

Enjoyable family vacation

Campground amenities were great ! House is convenient walkable distance to beach, pools, and recreation activity building. House was clean and comfortable but could use more fork utensils in kitchen and more hangers in closets. Had a memorable stay at this rental property as a family of eleven.

Family Fun-Cation

Great space! We completely enjoyed our time. The property was a great space for our family and friends. Everyone enjoyed the home and all of the fun of the beach and Ocean Lakes amenities. Highly recommend this home. We loved having meals on the balcony each day and enjoying the outdoor space. The home was well done and was an excellent home away from home.

First time

This was our first time staying with them and loved the property and location!! We had a little bit of an issue with the outlets for charging our carts and went a day not getting to use them but Steve was very quick to respond and got an electrician out within a couple hours! Overall we had a wonderful stay and loved the openness!
