This house has a great layout inside the house with an open concept for the kitchen and living room. The bedrooms are all in such an easy layout for families and friends to gather.
The backyard is large, fenced in, nice patio set great for relaxing and entertaining.
Location is great. It's close to downtown with under a 10 minute drive or to midtown which is also under 10 minutes.

Close to downtown

House was very clean and a perfect hang out spot. We came we the DREAMVILLE festival and it was a 8 minute to the downtown shuttles.

Great outside space & great house

Thank you Andrew! What a great house and backyard. The house had 3 ample bedrooms and 2 baths. Modern and uncluttered. Beds were very comfortable. We loved the open kitchen with large counter. The deck and large backyard was so nice. Great place to gather. Andrew is a gracious host and really went out of his way for us.

Parents Weekend NCSU

We had a wonderful time in Raleigh and loved staying here. Although not close to NCSU we were able to get there quickly because of the belt line. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings by the fire outside and wine in the evenings. We would stay here again! So much more fun than hotel travel.

Excellent stay in Raleigh

We visited Raleigh for a KISS concert. This home was so close to Coastal Credit Union Music Park. It made for an easy drive to and from the concert. The home was clean and so cozy. Had everything we needed. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 1 child to spread out and relax. LOVE the backyard area! Don't hesitate to book this home.

Perfect location

Our family of four rented this property for Spring Break. We spent the week touring local colleges, sightseeing in Downtown Raleigh, and eating at amazing restaurants. We loved that getting from the house to everything we wanted to do was easy. The house was the perfect amount of space for two adults and two teens. Our favorite part was the backyard! We enjoyed sitting on the deck, playing corn hole and giant jenga. The host responded quickly to our questions and provided information about the area.

Great Experience

The property was very clean and had plenty of towels and blankets. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals - pans, dishes, glasses, cups, and utensils. The location is ideal if you want to spend time downtown. The outdoor space is great with plenty of seating. We enjoyed the cornhole game. May sound weird but we appreciated the quality toilet paper. The property manager, Andrew was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again.

PERFECT RALEIGH VACATION HOME!!

I’ve stayed in various vacation homes and this by far has been my favorite. This was the first time I ever felt super comfortable in a vacation home to the point it felt like my own house! The decor, the location, cleanliness, resources provided inside the home surpassed my expectations. I truly enjoyed my stay and will be returning here my next visit to Raleigh!

Came for a family wedding and had a great weekend. Weather didn't cooperate so couldn't use the outside amenities but the house was as described. It was lovely

Delightful!

This property is just as pictured and very accommodating. It’s conveniently located a few miles from Walnut Creek. My family and I were able to come home to this property and enjoy the back yard hammocks before calling it a night. We will definitely be back.
